Supply and fixing in replacement for Distribution board SPN 4Way double door, for mounting MCBs isolator, ELCBs etc factory made, IS: 13032 marked with valid CM/L No fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2 mm thick fitted with DIN channel, neutral and earthing link and bus bar. DBs shall be semi glossy finished with epoxy polyester based powder paint sprayed and baked at high temperature, painted in seven tank process complete all as specified and directed.. The DBs shall be of IP 43 protection. Note:- DB and MCCB/MCB shall be of same make.

Supply and fixing in replacement for Distribution Box MCB Protected socket with sheet steel enclosure 20 A MCB DBOXX Combo DP including PLUG TOP complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 Single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty copper conductor multi stranded of size 4 Sqmm (nominal area) drawing in and including 20 mm dia or higher medium duty PVC concealed conduit/flexible conduit where required and conduit accessories and fittings. Including one single core green colour PVC Insulated unsheathed cable copper conductor multi stranded of size 4 Sq mm as earth wire up to common earth and connected to earth dolly complete including taking out old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized wire 4 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR part 1 including testing on completion all as specified and directed. including demolition to existing one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable , with multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC type armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade, nominal cross sectional area 16x2 core including lugs and heat shrinkable PVC Sleeves on exposed surfaces & Teflon tape duly insulated complete laid in trenches, ducts, drawn through pipe across the road/path/along poles/wall/floors/equipment etc including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable , with multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC type armoured with galvanized steel wire or tape and PVC sheathed 1100 volt grade, nominal cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4core including lugs and heat shrinkable PVC Sleeves on exposed surfaces & Teflon tape duly insulated complete laid in trenches, ducts, drawn through pipe across the road/path/along poles/wall/floors/equipment etc including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned down sand thickness 18 CM shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying old size bricks, laid flat ie length of brick shall be laid across the cable, common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B' designation 75 complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying in replacement of GI Steel tubing light grade 40 mm(2") dia including all fitting laying in trenches across road or grouting /fixing on wall for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.
