Job contract for Operation & Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations at Terminal Buildings, Residential Colonies, Hostels, Hyderabad Training Centre (HTC), NAV-AIDS, Community hall and other ancillary buildings/areas as decided by the Engineer In charge including periodical maintenance, repairs, attending to complaints /fault /breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the entire system, maintenance of records/documentation etc. on all days including Sundays and national/public holidays on round the clock basis as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions, as per the direction of Engineer In charge or their authorised representative etc. complete as required.

Engaging OEM or their authorised dealer on Job contract for annual maintenance contract of 02 no.s of hydro pneumatic water booster system with VFD, pressure tank and all its associated accessories etc. as required by deputing service engineer on quarterly basis i/c attending Breakdown calls as and when required as detailed in Particular/Technical specification. Make: Kirloskar Model : KCIL20-4, Rating : 5.5Kw/7.5HP/2 pole - 02 systems. (Annual AMC Contract documents with OEM to be submitted to AAI)

Complete items of CPWD DELHI SCHEDULE OF RATES (E & M) 2018 - DSR 2018 item for Rs. 3,50,000/- per year as and when required. [Note : The rate may be quoted in the following manner For Example (i) If quoted rate is Rs. 3,50,000/- (Against Rs. 3,50,000/-) then the percentage will considered as 0% above / below DSR 2018. (ii) If quoted rate is Rs. 3,15,000/- (Against Rs. 3,50,000/-) then the percentage will considered as 10% below DSR 2018. (iii) If quoted rate is Rs. 3,85,000/- (Against Rs. 3,50,000/-) then the percentage will considered as 10% above DSR 2018. Based on the above percentage quoted/calculated (Above/Below), the rates for the items executed from DSR 2018 will be paid.

Hiring of LED Serial Lights, LED day lights, LED PIXEL belts for brightness and ambience for celebration of Republic Day, indepandance day or any other specific days as per direction of Engineer In charge for illuminating the following areas for a period of 03 days. Job involves hiring of lighting, laying, fixing and satisfactorily monitoring the entire lighting system by providing sufficient manpower i/c removal of the same after completion of the celebrations including transportation charges and labour charges etc. complete as required.

NTR, RGT Building, Flag Mast area and other allied areas : i. LED pixel Belts multi colour changing lights of minimum length 12 Mtr each consiting of minimum 100 No's of bulbs and Minimum 7 colours & 24 patterns - Minimum 80 sets ii. LED series lighting multi colour of minimum length 20 Mtr each consiting of minimum 50 No's of bulbs - Minimum 750 sets iii. Colour LED day light of minimum 120 W of colour Green, RED, WHITE or any other approved colour - Minimum 25 No's

ATC Tower area : i. LED pixel Belts multi colour changing lights of minimum length 12 Mtr each consiting of minimum 100 No's of bulbs and Minimum 7 colours & 24 patterns - Minimum 20 sets ii. LED series lighting multi colour of minimum length 20 Mtr each consiting of minimum 50 No's of bulbs - Minimum 200 sets

City side approach road : i. LED pixel Belts multi colour changing lights of minimum length 12 Mtr each consiting of minimum 100 No's of bulbs and Minimum 7 colours & 24 patterns - Minimum 20 sets ii. LED series lighting multi colour of minimum length 20 Mtr each consiting of minimum 50 No's of bulbs - Minimum 800 sets

Supply of 50mm (2") dia 16 kg/cm2 pressure density HDPE pipes for delievery pipe of submerciable pump etc., on as and when required basis complete as required.

Supply & Fixing of bore cover and suitable size nippals in top and bottom of the HDPE pipe for connecting the submersible motor on one side and for conneting the delivery GI pipe on another end with bolt, nut and washers etc. as required.

Supply and laying of 3x4 Sqmm copper conductor weather proof submersible flat cable in the existing borewell etc. on as and when required basis complete as required.

Lifting of submercible pumps of various capacities upto 10.0 HP from the existing bore well along with the connected cable and GI delivery pipe i/c shfting to the AAI store etc. on as and when required basis complete as required.

Erection and commisssioning of above new HDPE pipe in the existing bore well for delivery of submercible pump with all connections and required accessories i/c cutting, threading, Heat shrinking etc. on as and when required basis complete as required.

Rewinding of upto 5HP capacity submercible pump set i/c replacement of spare parts like bushes, bearing set, oil seals etc. as per the requirement and to and fro transportation upto AAI site etc. complete as required.

Rewinding of more than 5HP and Upto 12.5 HP capacity submercible pump set i/c replacement of all necessary spare parts like bushes, bearing set, oil seals etc. as per the requirement and to and fro transportation upto AAI site etc. complete as required.
