Material and laying GI tubing medium grade ISI marked complete with all necessary fittings of sizes 25 mm bore in trenches including takaing down of old rusted GI pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here in before but of size 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here in before but of size 50 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here in before but of size 150 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of cast iron pipes of 150/100 mm dia and reducing to required lenght for insertion of tee, bends elbow etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI flange Thread type (Chudi type) type suitable for 150 mm bore GI/CI pipe line inlcuding welding with pipe, nuts, bolts gasket 3 mm thick, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, cast iron fittings for pressure pipes such as bends,(any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc). Tee pieces single branch "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs upto 150mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for run lead joint suitable for spigot and socket pipes 150 mm dia spigot complete all as specified and directed including taking out of old one, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cast iron Sluice Valve ISI mark (PN-1.6) confirming to IS 14846-2000, flanged ends drilled having stainless steel / brass spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets of size 150 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F, Cast iron Non Return valve W/O by pass arangement , Swing type, of Size 150 mm bore, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends with nuts bolts, washers complete including taking down of old one, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of old broken brick masonary Valve Chamber with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 foundation and full brick wall of size 90 x 90 x 90 cm ( internal dimension), with one brick thick wall using sub class `B' brick in cement mortar 1:6 over 20mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 base with 15cm off set on all sides including plastering of internal surfaces and exposed surfaces with 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar of 1:4 two coat of white wash, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, 50x50x6mm thick mild steel angle iron frame, 5mm thick MS plate cover with locking arrangement and painting exposed steel surfaces with synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of zinc chorme primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs 39,814.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
