INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION

Supply and fix LED lights fittings 1 x 18W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan 300mm sweep 240 V AC single phase complete with lovers and shutters of any sweep including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable of 23/0.0076 upto ceiling rose and grouting 04 Nos full threaded bolts and nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 240V, 10KA ‘B’ curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 amp in the MCB DB complete with connection all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix 240V, 10KA ‘C’ curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of SPN and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 amp, in the MCB DB complete with connection complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosures double door type for DBS for using MCBS/ MCB isolators suitable for single pole and neutral, 8 way with having copper bus bars suitable for 200 amps rating complete all as specified & directed

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of water cooled floor mounted packaged ACs unit with R 407C refrigerant DX type Chiller scroll with Single/double circuit of 5.5 TR working. Each unit shall consist of scroll Chiller with hermetic / Semihermetic compressor (twin scroll compressors) suitable for R407C Refrigerant, with Slider valve mechanism for stepless un loading, Shell and tube water cooled Condenser, Insulated Shell and tube Evaporator, filter, blower, Micro Processor Plant Manager all as supplied by OEM as part of Package unit. The Unit mounted starter panel with single/ double door construction shall be single Power point type complete with IP 55 Degree protection, consisting of Power disconnecting Switches with fuses/MCCBs, Star Delta starters for Motors and condenser Fan Motors complete with Under/Over voltage and phase reversal protection, Single Phase Preventers, communication card which can accept 4-20 mA or 2-10 V dc analog signal complete all as specified and as directed The unit shall be complete with discharge service valves to isolate refrigeration circuits, vibration Isolators to isolate chiller from building structure, pressure gauges electronic expansion valves, solenoid valves, anti-freeze thermostats, refrigerant piping with Insulation for suction line, accessories in a single chasis design. The package unit shall be water cooled type suitable for operation on 3 phase AC 50Hz supply. The Compressor shall have step less control from 100 to 25% of rated capacity.

The unit shall conform to ECBC norms as under :- (a) Minimum COP=4.70 (b) Minimum IPLV=5.49 where COP=3.516/(KW/TR); The IPLV shall be calculated as per AHRI 550/590-latest edition The unit shall be factory tested as per AHRI standard 550/590 latest edition. The conditions for Condensor and Chiller are as under:- Condenser: water in 85 Deg F water out 95 Deg F Fouling factor 0.00025(hr-sq-ft-deg F)/Btu Chiller: CHW in 54 Deg F CHW out 44 Deg F Fouling factor 0.0001(hr-sq-ft-deg F)/Btu The rate quoted for above package includes for (i) Provn of Micro processed controlled with auto cut off relay capacitor bank to ensure Power Factor of 0.95 (ii) Cabling shall be with XLPE insulated 1100 Volt fire retardant armourd type copper cables (iii) Civil work of masonry foundations for chilling units. - 1 Lot.

CONDENSER SECTION

Design, supply, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of condenser water piping with MS heavy class as per IS-1239, pipe complete with all accessories such as bends, elbows, flanges, nut-bolts, clamps, vibration isolators(but excluding valves, strainers and pressure gauges etc), The piping shall be laid overhead in plant and outside the plant room and out side fixed on walls etc as per site conditions. (a) The pipes are to be laid out side the building, fixed on wall where required Condenser pipes to be laid with in the plant, pipes resting on half round wooden blocks, resting on steel structures. Supplying, fixing,testing and commissioning of supply air diffusers of powder coated aluminium with aluminium volume control dampers as per specifications with anti smudge ring and removable core complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing,testing and commissioning of return air diffusers of powder coated aluminium but without volume control dampers complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of motorised combination fire & smoke dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air duct as and where required of required sizes. The fire damper shall be motorised and spring return type so as to close the damper automatically in the event of power failure and open the damper when power is restored. The Fire & smoke damper shall be complete with electronic temperature sensor and electrically operated actuator and interconnecting wiring between AHU & dampers The fire damper shall be located in the supply / return air ducts.The control panel shall be located such that the reset can be done easily complete all as specified and as directed..

INSULATION

ACCOUSTICAL LINING TO SUPPLY AIR DUCT

Supplying and fixing Accoustic insulation for a length of 5 m from plant room, Insulation shall be carried out with 25 mm thick, 32 kg/m3, rigid bonded fibreglass covered with RP tissue. Accoustic insulation shall be stuck to inside the ducting after applying 2 coats of cold setting adhesive (CPRX Compound). The insulation is held in position with rivets or galvanised steel bolt with counter sunk heads and 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm GI plate washers at the centre to centre distance of 600mm. The insulation shall be covered with reinforced plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminium sheet fixed to inside surface of the duct with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins complete all as specified and as directed.

UNDERDECK INSULATION

Supply, Install,test and commission under deck insulation with with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS:8193 and density 24 kg/m3, 60 mm thick, wrapped in 200 G Virgin polythene bags fixed to ceiling with metallic cleats(50 x 50 x 3 mm ) @60 cm centre to centre and wire mesh of 12.5 mm x 24 G wire mesh for top most ceiling of the Building complete all as specified and directed.

ACCOUSTIC INSULATION OF AHU ROOMS

Supplying and fixing Accoustic insulation lining on wall of AHU Rooms with 50 mm thick, 32 kg/m3, rigid bonded fibreglass. Accoustic insulation shall be fixed in 610 mm x 610 mm frame work made out of 0.6 mm thick GI sheet U shaped channel and covered with reinforced fibre glass tissue paper and finished with 0.8 mm perforated aluminium sheet including aluminium beading of 25 mm wide and 1.00 mm thick fixed on all horizontal and vertical joints by means of screws etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Insulation to supply and return air duct

Supply, install, fix and test nitrile rubber insulation of 25 mm thickness on supply air duct complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, fix and test nitrile rubber insulation of 25 mm thickness with aluminium sheet 0.5 mm thick wrapping and supply air duct running out side the room complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, Laying, jointing and testing of under ground cable XLPE insulated, 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches/duct/pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete all as specified and as directed. for the following:-

4 core 6 sqmm ( For, cooling tower, condenser pump)

4 core 35 sqmm (For Package unit)

3.5 core 95 sqmm ( For incoming supply)

Rubber Mat 2.0 mm thick one meter wide two meter long tested for LT voltage 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply fix cable tray of hot dip GI sheet of size 200 x 50 mm , 1.2 mm thick perforated type powder coated with coupler plates complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply, fix, erect, fabricate supporting structure for condensor / chilled water pipe, cable tray inside plant room and out side plant room With angle iron, flats, MS pipe of suitable sizes, nut bolt washers etc Necessary welding work involved is alo deemed to be included in quoted rate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for drilling hole in existing 150mm dia DI pipe and taking out upto 50mm dia ferrule connection incl suitable size GI clamp, nut, bolt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Manning and operation (for first 11 months) of water cooled floor mounted packaged ACs 5.5 TR – 01 No. 11 TR – 06 Nos, 16.5 TR – 01 No unit with R 407C refrigerant DX type chiller scroll with evaporator, water cooled condenser with motor, compressor, FRP cooling tower 110TR and DG set etc. The operation consist of packaged ACs control panel, condenser motor starter panel, control valve gauge, DG set and connected other accessories etc with the help of one operator ref Mech in one shift of 8 hours each per day at 3 AFSB excluding Sunday and all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note for Note for item No 50, 51 & 52(comprehensive maintenance) : - ( defects liability period will be 2 years) (i) In this period software upgrade, seasonal adjustment, topping up/ refilling refrigerant, unserviceable electrical and mechanical spares/ parts, consumables items and any other required items etc shall be replaced by contractor as and when for keeping all the AC plant installations in good working conditions. Nothing extra cost on any account shall be payable to contractor. (ii) The consumables and replaced spares shall be of best standard quality purchased from the original manufactures or authorized dealers only and purchase voucher to be produced to MES dept by contractor (iii) Proper servicing certificate should be produced to MES dept by contractor after service (iv) Old replaced parts/ spares will be property of contractor. Note for item No 50, 51 & 52 (Operation) :- (i) The rate quoted by the tenderer shall include contribution towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF), Employees State Insurance Contribution (ESIC), Contribution of Bonus, GST, Over head & profit and Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) as applicable, as per existing rules. (ii) Material such as cotton waste, protective clothing, first aid box and any other required instruments etc are required for operation of AC plant installation shall be arranged by the contractor from his own sources.

(iii) The contractor should always keep in mind that it is only the services of these contract labours is out sourced & not manpower. So providing reliever will be sole responsibility of contractor. (iv) Ref Mech should have minimum qualification ITI/ Diploma holder in Refrigeration/ Mechanical or minimum 4 years experience in the field air conditioning. (v) Rates quoted shall be including minor repair as per daily weekly or monthly check. (vi) Electricity as required shall be made available to the contractor free of cost by department. (vii) All the documentation such as log sheets, attendance register daily shall maintain as per procedure in vogue. (viii) The contractor shall be responsible to keep the water supply installation neat and clean on every day and cutting of grass surrounding the AC plant building. (ix) Staff employed shall be given 2 sets of uniform by contractor. (x) All safety precautions as per IE rules should be strictly followed by contracted employees & department shall not be held responsible for any untowards incident. (xi) It should be ensured by contractor that minimum labour charges are paid as per the minimum fare wages act. The payment to every staff employed on work shall be made in the AADHAR linked bank account through account payee cheque only. (xii) One employed operator should not be continued for more than 11 months.
