Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc . For mass concrete including all carriages.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more, including all carriages.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete, including all carriages.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer’s specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc complete . On steel work with carriage.

Providing, fabricating and fixing high-strength MS/HT anchor bolts of approved grade complete with nuts, washers, templates and all accessories, embedded in PCC/RCC foundations for fixing structural steel columns, trusses, staircases, footbridges or other steel members, including drilling (where required), positioning, alignment, grouting with non-shrink grout, tightening, testing and labour, materials, tools and equipment complete as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge with carriage..
