Disconnection of electrical wire from ceiling rose and taking down ceiling Fan of any type/size,make, dismantling the ceiling Fan for removing of old lubricating substance from bearing/bush & applying fresh lubrication using grease to avoid noise free smooth functioning, including renewal of worn out/unserviceable spares as required and renewal of PVC insulated, unsheathed multi stranded twin twisted copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm up to 0.5 M long including testing the repaired ceiling fan to the entire satisfication of engineer in charge and refixing the fan in own position with provision of hanging bush, cotter pins, nut , bolts washers etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Ball bearing and bushes shall be measured and paid at supply only rates and Renewal of other Spares, flexible wire, rewinding of ceiling fan shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item at supply and fixing rates .

Rewinding of ceiling fan 230 volts , of any make/type and size (1200/1400 mm sweep) with copper wire of same gauge and number of turns as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufactures specification, including renewal of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying, assembling of stater/rotor complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Ceiling fan before fixing at site the RPM shall be checked and match as per manufactures specification till entire satisfaction of Engr in charge

Carrying out remetalling in worn out shaft, cutting and polishing to make the shaft suitable for fixing of new ball bearing and fixing ball bearing in renewal of bushing system in ceiling fan and assembling the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Bearing shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply only ball bearing of any size and type, suitable for any type/make/size of ceiling fan for obtained from Sl.item No.1 complete all as specified and as directed. Make - TATA/NBC/SKF or equivalent in Appendix 'C'

Supply and fixing capacitor capacity 2.5 MFD, 220 volt ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded twin twisted copper flexible cable of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only suitable size of bush for ceiling fan of any type/size obtained from Sl.item No.1 complete all as specified and as directed. Make - TATA/NBC/SKF or equivalent in Appendix 'C'

Supply and fixing of PVC connector 4 way 6 Amps with connection screws, nuts. etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC clamps with fixing screws for holding capacitor of any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Alloy Steel Heavy Duty "S" or "D"-Hook Hanger with double Fasteners M10 x 75mm for Hanging Ceiling fan sted wornout hook complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair heavy duty Steel & rubber fan to ceiling hook attachment clamp with fan rod nut bolt & locking pins complete set all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan blade of 1200/1400mm size of existing make including proper painting matching with existing ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC canopy suitable for ceiling fan of any type/make for both end of down rod including fixing screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing down rod 1'/1.5' suitable for ceiling fan of any type/make for both end of down rod including fixing screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of ceiling fan assembly of any type/size and carrying out two coat of spray painting with first quality synthetic enameled paint of approved colour, including writing of MES number in black paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 5 Amps ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing electronic Fan regulator stepped type flush type suitable for existing ceiling fans fixed on phenolic laminated sheet etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding of exhaust fan 300 mm sweep 230 volts , of any make/type a with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge and number of turns as existing to obtain the specified and satisfactory RPM as per manufactures specification, including renewal of all insulation materials, varnishing, heating, drying, assembling of stater/rotor, connection & testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Exhaust fan before fixing at site RPM should be checked and match as per manufactures specification till entire satisfaction of Engr in charge

Supply and fixing of louver shutter made of MS sheet metal 1.2 mm thick for round base and 0.8 mm thick for flaps, comprising of mounting legs frames made of MS flat strips of size 25mm x 3mm including heavy duty rust proof passivated bolts of size 50 mm long 8 mm dia to be fixed on wall fater driling, and duly painted by two coat of synthatic enamel paint (spray painting) over a coat of primer for exhust fan up to 300/380 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fan motor suitable for PVC body exhaust fan upto 250 mm sweep and RPM match with existing including taking down old motor and fixing of new with proper alignment and refixing the same using necessary mounting screws and accessories without any vibrations and noise complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing capacitor 230 volt AC 50 HZ 4.0 MFD, 220 volt ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L ceiling rose 3 phase/PVC/polycarbonate, isolated body complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for inspecting ceiling fan of any size/make including down rod, S or D hook, tightening of screws/pins, capacitor ,any other loose parts ,renewing burnt wires , wraping all joints with insulation tape and registering details complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Minimum three ceiling fans in a dwelling unit. (ii) Inspection will done twice in interval of six months and accordingly 50% payment will be released after first inspection and 100% on completion of second inspection.
