Material and labour for repair to pot holes of any depth, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads/ path etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm and more as per site requirement in depth and making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen @ of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) for depth of pot holes exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour for preparation of unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a bituminous tack coat of paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 @ of 10 Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of black top bituminous macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a bituminous tack coat of paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 @ of 5 Kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premixed, bituminous macadam using 4% binder content of paving bitumen of grade VG-30, by weight of total mix, consolidated thickness not exceeding 75mm, laid using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller/ tandem vibrating roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quoted rate shall deem to include for preparation of level sheets by contractor before laying SDAC over BM as directed at site.

Material and labour for Bituminious premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness), pre-mixed, hot mix, with coarse aggregate of grading 1 as per MORT&H specification in single layer using paving bitumen (grade VG-30) @ 5.5% by weight of the total mix as per design mix including supply and mixing of filler (OPC cement) laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using full width mechanical sensor paver with string sensor and compacted with 8 to12 tonne power vibratory road roller including taking down of existing cat eyes and refixing of cat eyes after laying premix complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall prepared in central computerised hot mix plant. complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Design mix shall be got done by the contractor at his own expenses from laboratory as decided by GE, before laying the SDAC. (iii) A recovery @ Rs 38.00 per kg shall be made if the bitumen content in design mix is found on lower side but no adjustment shall be made if the bitumen content is found on higher side than specified.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces, removing dust, dirt, grease & other foreign matters etc. to receive the marking and applying hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint (white/yellow) inclusive type I reflectorising glass beads as per table 800-3, 800-4 of MORT&H applied in uniform thickness of at least 2.00mm and 10cm wide and spread uniformly with reflectorising glass beads type II @ 250 gms per sqm with a road marking machine as per IRC: 35 ,with traffic diversion arrangements if required, complete as per MORT&H specification clause 803.4, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The road marking machine shall be approved by GE.

Supply and fixing of cat eye, dual (62 beads minimum), aluminium casted body, of size 100mm x 100mm x18.5mm, having ABS plastic strip containing 62 mini retro reflective glass beads of colour white/red/yellow on both sides (minimum 31 beads on each side) and fixed complete with steel zinc plated nails/stud of dia 12mm and of length 120mm complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (i) Fixing arrangement shall be as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Designed to bear 25 Tonnes load and having impact strength of 253 KN.

Supply and fixing road convex mirror of dia 800mm, fitted in orange colour cap body of ABS with glass mirror made up of unbreakable poly-carbonate, including MS pipe vertical post with stainless steel brackets, including excavation of post holes in any soil of size 0.50m x 0.50m and embedding of vertical posts in and including PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sq m and exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100mm deep and disposal of old retrieved material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water bound macadam, 75mm thick (compacted thickness), using course aggregates of limestone/ sandstone/ flint/ quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), blinded with stone screening type 'A', spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required by using power roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water bound macadam, 150mm thick in two layers of 75mm thick each (compacted thickness), using course aggregates of limestone/ sandstone/ flint/ quartzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), blinded with stone screening type 'A', spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required by using power roller 8 to 12 Tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, and removal from site to distance not exc 250 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out, and removal from site to distance not exc 250 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for moorum/ red bajri filling in floors, laid in layers n exc 15cm thick spread, levelled and rammed including ramming complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming embankments in soils, not exceeding 1.5m high from base, including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth obtained from item Nos. 13 & 14 shall be used in this item.

Material and labour for hardcore of broken stone or boulder gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates), as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed, vibratory compacted, precast concrete coloured (using red colour pgment), rubber moulded, interlocking designer paver blocks, confirming to IS-15658-2006, 80mm thickness, of M-40 grade, as in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 25 mm thick bedding layer of sand well rammed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb stones of any size and section as required, with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and set in CM 1:4 with flush joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Amount of credit of Rs. 16850.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 18R of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
