M&L for providing plain cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

ML for prepartion of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ist Quality) over and including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick, concrete or stone walls or ceiling including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metres above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation , sub base, filling and mass concrete and post holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base for tiles in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for granite of 18mm to 20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble laid over and including 20mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rounding/chamfering to edge of stone slab like granite, marble, kota stone etc to required shape & design including grinding & polishing to obtain required finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on PCC block masonry work finished even and smooth without using extra cement in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade and applying two coat applied @ 1.67 Ltr per 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20Kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double charged dark shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors as border, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair gypsum board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw all as specified and as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel (Grade 304) Road sign board frame made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, etc including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the frame with necesarry accesories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size, with suitable arrangements as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : For payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing acessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners.)

Providing, fabricating and erecting on site Name Board/Mandatory and Cautionery board/Direction boards/ Triangular boards made out of 3 mm thick aluminium sheet on Stainless steel frame work and fixed on Stainless steel vertical poles. Aluminium sheet should be pasted with HIGH INTENSITY GRADE retroreflective base sheet on both sides confirming to IRC-67 Code. Letters, border and signage to be pasted on this sheet shall also be HIGH INTENSITY GRADE ( upto 50% of basic area) confirming to IRC-67 Code. (Size of board and size of letters, border & signage shall be as decided by Engr-in-Charge). (Note : (i) Qty of stainless steel frame work and post will be measured in its respective item) (ii) Necessary nut bolts and accessories shall deemed to be included under this Item.
