DEFECT RECTIFICATION OF 03 SANDBAG BARRIERS ONBOARD 88 ACV SQN H-186

H-128-/H-186: 03 sandbag barriers at Hoverport deteriorated at various places due to prolonged exposure with sunlight, seepage of rain water, heat and sea breeze. Sandbags to be renewed as per sample( each sand bag barriers area:Length-28 ft, Height-8 ft, width-04 ft, Qty-03 Nos) and rearranged in the present position. Inway job included barriers to be covered with tarpaulin ( 900sq ft each) and lashed with 18 mm PP rope length 220 mtrs each. Foundation to be secured with iron rod in and around the barriers.
