AMC for Operation and Maintenance of E and M Installation at Rupsi Airport, (2021-23)

SH: I Operation & Maintenance Operation & maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical installations of operational & non operational areas i/c Terminal buidling, ATS Building, Fire station, Electrical Substation & other ancillary buldings for round the clock operation on all working days i/c Sundays and Holidays by engaging following manpower along with providing required tool and consumables as specified in special conditions of contract for day to day maintenance except spares. The job includes preventive, routine maintenance, attending complaint / fault / breakdown by taking rectification action ensuring serviceability and satisfactory working condition of the system, maintaining all records and documentation etc. complete as per agreement conditions and as per the instruction of EIC. 1. Highly Skilled (Supervisor) - 01 no. (6 days duty in a week) 2. Skilled (Electrician / Operator) - 07 nos. (6 days duty in a week) 3. Unskilled (Helper) - 07 nos. (6 days duty in a week)

SH-II DSR Works Execution of item of Schedule of rates "CPWD DSR 2018" as and when required for attending breakdown, repair and maintenance and upkeep of internal & external electrical installations as per direction of E-I-C at different locations of operational and non operational area i/c Terminal Building, ATS Building, Fire Station, Electrical substation and other ancillary buildings etc. as per the special terms and conditions in addition to general terms and conditions of contract complete as required. The bidder shall quote the rate in INR only for the job corresponding to Rs. 2,00,000.00 (excluding GST from DSR item) and percentage (%) above / below shall be calculated by AAI and paid accordingly.

SH: III Maintenance Works Carrying out BDV test of transformer oil and submission of reports

Filtration & dehydration of transformer oil of 630 KVA transformer to improve the breakdown voltage of oil up to 50 KV by oil filtration machine and carrying out BDV test of oil, top up of transformer oil at least half of conservator etc. including transportation of filtration machine to site etc. complete as required (excluding the cost of transformer oil).

Supply of transformer oil confirming to IS 335 : 1993 with upto date ammendments.

Overhauling and servicing of existing LT panel ACB's of L&T make up to 2000 Amps. rating etc. complete as required from authorised representative of OEM.

Overhauling and servicing of existing 11 KV HT Panel VCB's of Siemens make etc. complete as required from authorised representative of OEM.

Testing and callibration of following type of HT Panel Relays etc. complete as required: i) Vamp 57 - 5 Nos. (Numerical type of Schneider Make) ii) VAJH13 - 5 Nos. (Tripping Relay of Alstom Make) iii) VAX31 - 5 Nos. (Trip Circuit Supervision Relay of Alstom Make) iv) VAA33 - 4 Nos. (Auxiliary Relay of Alstom Make)

Testing and callibration of following type of LT & Synchronizing Panel Relays etc. complete as required: i) VAJH13 - 2 Nos. (Tripping Relay of Alstom Make) ii) VAX31 - 2 Nos. (Trip Circuit Supervision Relay of Alstom Make) iii) CCUM21PF112A - 2 Nos. (Definite Time Reverse Power Relay of Areva Make) iv) CAG14AF15A - 2 Nos. (Instantaneous Earth fault Relayof alstom Make)

Scrubbing, cleaning the existing surface of cubicle panel, feeder pillars & spray painting the same with two coats of ISI marked synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc. complete as required.

Lettering of maximum 2" size (Alphabetic / numerical) on the finished painted surface of feeder pillar / panel / earth pits with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour etc. complete as required.

Cleaning the surface of MS chequered plates and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint etc. complete as required.

Supply and replacement of silica gel in breather of existing 630 KVA transformer etc. complete as required.

Lifting and lowering of 10 HP borewell submersible motor pump set along with dismantling of complete delivery pipeline, removal of pump sets, disconection of flexible submersible cable, re-assembling of submersible pump, complete delivery pipeline, fixing / laying of existing submersible cable including electrical connection, testing and commisioning etc. complete as required.

Servicing and complete overhauling of 10 HP borewell submersible motor pump set including replacement of defective bearing, coupling, impellar, mechanical & oil seal, heat varnishing of motor etc. complete as required.
