Providing temporary illumination consisting of flood light fitting 200 W complete LED fitting having colour temp up to 6500k, IP65, housing of pressure die cast aluminium alloy and heat sink extruded aluminium complete required switchgear erected and dismantled without using scaffolding up to three days.

Providing temporary illumination consisting of white/colour series lights with 8mm LED miniature lamps of 2 to 3.4V [1000nos] with cap with required switchgears erected and dismantled with rotor effect as approved with scaffolding up to three days.

Providing temporary illumination consisting of water proof LED Par Light, 54 pieces x 3W, 230v, 50Hz, with RGBW controller complete erected with mains, switchgears with continuous earth wire erected and dismantled without using scaffolding up to three days

Providing temporary oscillating type pedestal air circulators 600/900 mm or air cooler connected with necessary mains, required switchgears with continuous earthing maintaining the same during the function and including dismantling up to three days.

Providing and maintaining temporary 4.5 Ton capacity tower type air conditioning unit complete with refrigerant R32 with temporary stand and fabrication work and required material to achieve cooling temperature connected along with necessary mains, required switchgears and continuous earthing, maintaining the same during the function and including dismantling for three days.

Providing temporary plug point with 3 phase industrial socket having CRCA sheet metal enclosure with 30A, 3 pin plug and earth socket and 30A, 3 pin, plug top with 30A, triple pole MCB, mains, switchgears with continuous earth wire up to three days

Note: For item no. 14-1-1 to 14-1-34 and 14-1-38 to 14-1-46 and 14-1-58 to 14-1-60 the rates are for the period of 3 days function which includes preparatory period with testing and connecting, commissioning and maintaining in healthy condition with transportation.

Hiring charges for supplying and maintaining temporary 415V, 50 cycles AC generating set 125 kVA capacity with voltage regulation +/- 5 %, and complete set enclosed in composite acoustic enclosure to restrict sound level up to 75 dB at 1.0 m, with necessary fuel, mains, switchgears and accessories complete with continuous running on load/no load as per requirements complete with self certification.

Note:- 1) Above rates are applicable for first day. For subsequent five days, the above rate shall be reduced by 10% 2) The above rates are inclusive of transportation. 3) The above note does not include preparatory and testing period, and no additional amount shall be paid for that. 4) The above rates are with on load working of DG set up to 5 hours per day. For additional working hours exceeding average 5 hours per day cost of diesel shall be considered as per actual.

5) Lump sum provision for the additional fuel (if DG set is to be used for more than five hours) shall be made as a separate item in the estimate of temporary D G Set. (Fuel payment shall be made on the basis of actual consumption and invoice produced by the contractor.

Hire charges for Supply, Fixing, Wiring, Servicing & Maintaining of 150 / 200 / 240W LED Flood Light Fitting with all accessories including suitable wire and controls wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed. For Two days Note:- 1) Erection and Testing should be completed before one day of the Festival / Utsavam etc., begins. 2) Necessary watch and ward against fire accident, safety measures and without interruption should be maintained during the Programme / Festival functions.

Hire charges for Supplying and running circuit service mains with 4 of 2 Sq.mm / 4sq.mm / 6sq.mm / 10 sq.mm / 16sq.mm PVC insulated sheathed Aluminium / copper wire PVC tape, Clips etc., wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed. Hire charges for supplying wiring and maintaining suitable size LT panel board with pilot lamp arrangements and the following switches wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed. i) 100/200 Amps TPST / TPIC switch with pilot lamp and neutral. For Two days Note:- 1) Erection and Testing should be completed before one day of the Festival / Utsavam etc., begins. 2) Necessary watch and ward against fire accident, safety measures and without interruption should be maintained during the Programme / Festival functions.

Hire charges for supplying, fixing, wiring and 62.5 KVA DG set with suitable change over switch, cables and connections. The DG set should be maintained for all the 24 hours for running the set with operator wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed (Excluding the cost of Diesel Oil) - For One day Note:- 1) Erection and Testing should be completed before one day of the Festival / Utsavam etc., begins. 2) Necessary watch and ward against fire accident, safety measures and without interruption should be maintained during the Programme / Festival functions.

Hire charges for supplying, fixing, wiring, servicing and maintaining pedestal fan / Pedestal 18/24” Air circulators with suitable wires & controls wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed. Hire charges for temporary illumination, consisting of 54W LED RGB Parcan light fitting non integral weather proof die cast alluminium housing with IP66 protection wih control gear box, control gear with required cables, holder, mains duly erected with required scaffolding and dismantled on existing poles including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete. For Two days Note:- 1) Erection and Testing should be completed before one day of the Festival / Utsavam etc., begins. 2) Necessary watch and ward against fire accident, safety measures and without interruption should be maintained during the Programme / Festival functions.

Hire Charges for Supplying, Fixing, Wiring, Servicing and Maintaining of LED, RGB PIXEL series Sets consisting of 50 to 100 Nos of Bulbs including suitable wire & controls wherever necessary as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials loading and unloading after end of the programme (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., complete. (The work includes drawing of GI wire for tightening of the sets) - For Two days Note:- 1) Erection and Testing should be completed before one day of the Festival / Utsavam etc., begins. 2) Necessary watch and ward against fire accident, safety measures and without interruption should be maintained during the Programme / Festival functions.

Supply of Diesel oil for utilizing to the Generator

Hire charges for supplying, fixing, wiring, servicing and maintaining Air Conditioner sptit / tower model type with necessary copper pipes, gas charging, wire / cable connections, controls etc., as directed during execution and removal, transportation of all materials, loading and unloading after end of the program (Festivals / Utsavams) and all labour charges etc., completed - For one day
