Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position in framed work

M&L for second class hard wood scantling, clean sawn, 40 Sqcm and over in section, in framed work, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling tile battens of any size including tiling fillets spaced exc 15 cm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F second class hard wood clean swan battens for tiles fixed at 30 cm centre to centre, Sectional area exc 5 sqcm and nexc 15 sqcm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 5 above but fixing only battens (battens shall be used obtained from dismantling) complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparing surface of tiles or slate battens new or old, any size and spacing, prepared and treated all over (measured overall on one side only, spaces not deducted) with creosote complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per item No 8 above but except tiles (tiles obtained from dismantling shall be used) complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or re-fixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F EURO GUARD PRO SQUARE UPVC RAINWATER GUTTER (220 MM), with all necessary fittings, clamp, joints, end cap, corner drop, centre drop, etc joining compounds, nut, bolts or screws etc and fixing in position, at any height complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls (jointing shall be done with solvent cement) complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F PVC (SWR) bends, any radius, 110mm bore all as specified, complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F for Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for pre painted plain sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding, fixed with screws all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts in roof and walls complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of boarding of any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4mm thick ACP sheet as in ceiling and eves board including cutting and fixing with screw on new / existing MS Tubes complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- MS Tube required shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for 40x40x2mm MS tubes for ACP sheet in ceiling / eaves board inclding cost of cutting, welding as required etc complete all as directed .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

S&F Roof trusses (framed) conforming to Fe 410W, trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning vegetation growth over MP tiles roof, RCC roof, chajja etc up to four story complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down the existing water proofing treatment from the roof including cement mortar, removing debris off the premises and cleaning the roof complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 with WPC over and incl neat cement slurry @ 3.0 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately and dosage of WPC shall be as per manufacturers instruction.

M&L for water proofing treatment by applying oil bound bituminous primer 0.20 kg/sqm, providing and laying 4 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 kg/sqm, reinforced with non-woven polyester matt not less than 160 g/sqm, having softening point not less than 1400 C longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqcm tearing strength of 180 N by torque application including minimum 10 cm side overlap and 15 cm end lap and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 85/25 conforming to IS : 702 heated to a working temp of 180 degree and applied @1.2kg/Sqm finishing the surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 g/sqm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per manufacturer's instructions.

M&L for 2 mm thick High Performance Modified Self-Adhesive Membrane SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) based waterproofing membrane with high density polyester film on one side and easy-to-peel silicon film on the other side on roof including cleaning and preparation of surface complete all as specified. Make : STP Ltd or equivalent approved make.

Taking down existing damaged water closet along with complete PCC and lime concrete from sunken floor and providing new EWC / IWC and water proofing treatment to sunken floor as per following stage :- (i) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:2) with WPC at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope. (ii) Applying a coat of 85/25 gde hot bitumen @ 0.7Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @0.5Kg/Sqm and then plastering of polythene film, 150 micron, natural colour with cold cut back adhesive. (iii) Providing cement concrete to fill up the sunken floor (PCC 1:4:8) after testing of water tightness.

Demolition of brick work or stone, boulder, precast PCC block masonry including all quoins, arches, pillar, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plaster in two coat 8 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using WPC over 12mm in cm 1:6 on external surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on brick or concrete wall surfaces with cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls including cornices (plastered ) and applying two coat of cement base over a coat of priming all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge .

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash on walls all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-Charge .

Dismantling wall /ceiling board (Fibre pulp insulation) or insulation boards any thickness including cover filters

S&F Exposed GI powder coated snap grid frame for false ceiling 600x600mm size of wall angle 25x25x0.25mm size , cross tee and main tee 26x24x0.25mm and 32mm x 24mm x 0.25mm respectively with 1.5mm dia double GI suspender including supply and fixing of 4mm thick E Board decorative type in false ceiling including fixing arrangement from steel truss of any type (Make: E Board of approved make)

M&L for repair of cracks in the masonry walls in following steps:- (i) Mark 75 mm on either side of the crack and cut with hand held cutter including chipping off the plaster and expose the brick work (ii) Make groove at every 150 mm c/c perpendicular to the crack and provide 8 mm dia TMT bars cut to length as directed by Engineer in charge (iii) Prepare AR mortar in the ratio 1:3 and add Nitobound AR manufactured by M/s Fosroc or equivalent (dosage shall be as per manufacturerese instruction) and grout the same with 20 mm nozzle to the primed surface . (iv) Fill up and finish the crack with mortar using a trowel. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. The work shall be carried out upto 4th storey only.

Supply only TMT bars 5mm to 8mm dia cut to length

M&L for repair of cracks between the interface of concrete and brick in followibg steps:_ (i) Mark 75 mm either side of the crack and cut with hand held cutter including chipping off the plaster and exposing brick work and concrete surface (ii) Clean the surface with water and allow to dry (iii) Prepare AR mortar in the ratio of 1:3 and add Nitobound AR manufactured by M/s Fosroc or equivalent (dosage shall be as per manufacturerese instruction) and apply the same up to half the thickness of plaster using trowel to the primed concrete surface (iv) Fix chicken wire mesh or fibre mesh over the first layer of plastering. (v) Continue the 2nd layer of plastering with Nitobond SBR followed by smooth finish, Fill up and finish the crack using a trowel, upto 4th storey. Note:- Cost of wire mesh shall be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for one coat of brush bond TGP crystalline capillary water proofing system for cementitious substrates for waterproofing against the positive or negative sides of wall for damp proofing, repairing cracks, plugging holes and stopping active leakage complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

M&L removing completely existing expansion joints (width of joint 20mm -25mm) between columns & walls and cleaning the surface & gap thoroughly with wire brush/coir brush & water jet and filling the gap with approved joint filling sealant, and inserting 25mm thick neoprene/shalitex pads and sealed with poly sulphide sealant of approved make, minimum 40 mm deep 0.80mm thick/300mm wide aluminium sheet shall be fixed over the joint with rawl plugs & cadmium plated steel screws complete all as specified and directed. BASF/M/s fosroc/IWL/STP.

M&L for 75mm dia of outlet PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish of premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid Ceramic tiles, coloured, light shade 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 10mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for racking out of tiles joints, manually or by mechanical means or chipping off the disintegrated concrete of sunken slabs and sides and clean the area with wire brush and coir brush. Seal the disturbed area with polymer modified mortar using of approved make. Coving has to be done at all the corners with polymer modified mortar Seal all the plumbing line sand holes with non shrink grout of make BASF/ M/S Fosroc, IWL, STP Ltd. Replace all pipes by PVC and shall be placed properly in position Keep the water on sunken tanks and floors for 24 hrs for observing the leakages and to ensure water tightness. Pressure grouting has to be done at all the damaged areas/ joints with water proofing admixture .Water proof the area with Acrylic polymer modified water proofing coating , Brush bond RFX or equivalent in two coats. Note:- Water proofing products shall be from BASF/ M/s Fosroc chemicals pvt ltd/ IWL, STP Ltd.
