Supply & fixing of 12 mtr High Mast system with its accessories incl. fdn. Access for 6 nos of LED light fittings provision but without light fittings as per specification top 150 mm, Bottom:310 mm,sec 1, section length 12000mm , thickness:3mm, base plate: 445X25 mm, PCD:380mm, Fdn. Bolt: M24 X 750 X 6 nos. including baseplate, lantern carriege for fixing of lumanaries, found acces, head frame, double drum winch, motor,ss wire rope, trailing cable, compensating disc, L-stopper(3 Nos), Manual operating handle, motor mounting plates,aviation obstruction light, lightning arrester & earthing spike(GI) junction box with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be of hot dip galvanised and suitable for 45 mtr/s wind velocity asper IS 875 part 3. It shall balso include accessories for high mast including head frame, 3 point suspension system with steel wire rope. The mast shall have an integral power tools including all accessories installed inside the base compartment for its operation.(Make-P.W.D, WB approved)

Supply, erection with help of suitable equipments by contractor's own arrangement & design and casting of suitable shallow foundation with1:2:4 concrete for the High Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10T/m2 at 2.3 metre depth including providing CC guard wall (1:2:4) of required height & width including providing aesthetically fencing the same with 50 mm dia stainless steel pipe 1 mtr clear height above wall and interconnected by SS chain and CC plastering & neat cement finish as per direction of EIC (Drawing for foundation details, loading, sectional plane, bar bending etc should submit before execution to get approval from authority). Supply & fixing of LED Aviation Light including all accessories.

Supply and fixing of 144 W Flood lighting luminaire with high power LED and unique flood optics (Philips Cat Ref. No. BVP410 LED 172 CW HE NB FG S3 XT or equivalent make as directed by EIC)

Supply of 1.1 KV grade PVC/A Aluminium conductor underground cable of following sizes: ( Make: approved by EIC) 4 core x16 sq.mm.

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supply & fixing of compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber for dust and moisture proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cable 4 core x 16sqmm.

Finishing the ends of XLPE/PVC armoured cable ends by crimping method including supplying and fixing solderless socket tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. 4 core x 16sqmm.

Supply & laying of following GI pipe in ground for protection of UG cable as required (ISI-M). 32 mm dia.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 50 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc.

Earthing with 50mm dia Gl Pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04 Mts. Long and 1 x 4 SWG Gl (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. Long) 13mm. Dia x 80mm long Gl bolt, double nuts, double washers incl. S&F 15mm dia Gl pipe protection (1mts. Long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the gound level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level & restoring surface duly rammed for Morrum Soil.

Supplying, Fitting and fixing Project Display Boards at different locations of project area made with M.S .Sheets and angle, including writing letters both Bengali and English encrypt of project name,project cost, necessary pictures,animations etc. including suitable section MS channel as per design properly fixing within ground of 1M below ground level and upto 4 mtr above GL with M15 grade of concrete including all paintings and complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge without electrical illumination works.
