(Providing and laying bituminous concrete with hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour/ DMP 60-90 TPH capacity / 80 - 100 capacity using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @5.40 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired compaction as per site situation and as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects) incl tack coat at 2.00 kg/10 sqmt Grading-II (10.00 mm nominal size)

Supplying & Laying Ready mix Material of B.M. With Paver Finisher Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with DMP 60/90 TPH capacity producing an average output of 75 tonners per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade at 3.3% by weight of mix, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction including bituminous emulsion tack coat at 2 kg/10 Sq. mt etc. completed.

Supplying & Laying Ready mix Material of B.M. Manually Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam with DMP 60-90 TPH capacity producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade at 3.3% by weight of mix, transporting hot mix to work site, laying manually over a previously prepared surface with labour to the required grade, level and alignment as per site situation and rolled as per MoRTH specification clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction including bituminous emulsion tack coat at 2 kg/10 Sq. mt etc. completed.
