Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) for all works for all works i.e. Beam, Foundations, footings, bases for columns, pedestals, walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. at all level including consolidation, finishing, curing, cover blocks etc. complete but excluding the cost of Form work, shuttering, centering and reinforcement as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete of M35 grade with minimum cement content of 370 kg /cum for reinforced cement concrete in all work i.e. Beam, Foundations, footings, bases for columns, pedestals, walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. at all level; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including transportation of concrete to site of laying, consolidation, finishing, cover blocks, thermacoal packing for foundation bolt surrounding, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. Note: Extra cement content in design mix more than the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.

Earth work in surface excavation in all kinds of soils (ordinary soil, hard soil, murrum etc.) & base course, not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including levelling & neatly dressing of excavated area, getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Disposing of surplus excavated materials i.e. all kinds of soils (ordinary soil, hard soil, murrum etc.) & base course, up to 2Km lead and complete lift, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation, trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) maximum up to 2.0 meter depth, including shoring, strutting, dewatering if requires, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 2.0 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Hard rock (blasting prohibited)

Disposing of surplus excavated materials such as excavated rock up to 2Km lead and complete lift, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as directed complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Filling of available excavated earth, excavated rock in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 200 m and lift upto 1.5 m complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Dry stone pitching/soling 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones, laying, filling the gaps, voids completely by providing & spreading moorum/sand, preparing the surface by consolidating with ahnd roller etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of 20mm maximum size) for all works (minimum thickness up to 3") at all level including consolidation, finishing, curing, cover blocks etc. complete but excluding the cost of Form work, shuttering, centering as per the specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing all tools, tackels, machineries, manpower, material for providing & anchoring 16 mm dia. TMT bars of Grade Fe500D/Fe500EQR (as per IS 1786) of make SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO, with epoxy grouting & with a minimum depth of 1.4 meter from foundation bed level/desired level including drilling a hole of minimum dia. 32 mm and depth of 1.4 meter, cleaning of anchoring hole with pressurized water, bailing out of water for making the surface dry, epoxy grouting of the bars on dry surface (length of each bar 2.30 mtr i.e 1.40 mtr grouted in hole and 0.9 mtr L in foundation ) as per the manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Steel reinforcement i.e. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Grade Fe500D/Fe500EQR of make SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO at all levels for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for following structures as per the specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns, pedestals, flooring, foothpath etc.

Retaining walls, dyke, bund, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth, plinth beam and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

40 mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including consolidation, finishing, curing, cement slurry etc. complete as per the specifications and as directed by EIC.

Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalent consisting of base and hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer's on concrete surface to achive a dry film thickness of 250 micron (+/- 5%), over a coat of epoxy primer, to protect concrete surface from various acids, alkalies, as well as liquid solution including preparing the surface by scrubbing with wire brushes, cost of materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and installation of Structural steel work in riveted, bolted or welded sections, trusses and framed work, Embeded plates made up of steel, foundation bolts confirming to IS: 5624, etc. by making all necessary arrangements of cutting, hoisting, aligning, fixing in position at all level with all necessary arrangements & acessories i.e. nuts, bolts, anchor bolts etc and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the drawing, specifications & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- Weight of acessories i.e. Nut/bolts, anchor bolts etc will be weighted and paid in this item only.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing made of 4mm dia. GI wire of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer.

Plastering 20 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) at all heights including providing scaffolding, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
