Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge

M&L Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in Hard & dense soil for post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. M, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (with using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for fire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, blting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L precast cement concrete type C1 1:3:6, 20mm graded aggregate block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on concrete surface/ stone masonry/ brick surface in cm 1:4, finished even and fair faces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F galvanised, 2 stand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails staining bolts incl securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steal wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F repair Razor type concertina coil hot galvanised spring tensile wire fixed on Y shape angle iron having barbed wire and coil having 6 to 8 RM per coil of 900mm dia and min weight 7.5 KG/ Coil etc all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of surface all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparing old painted steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M & L for preparing of plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement based paint over a coat of primer chalk whiting complete all as specified as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L welding in repairs exe 2.5 cm but not exe 5 cm in length thickness of matel to be welded exe 6 mm but not exe 9mm all as spacified as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L Hard core, broken to gauge n exc 63 mm all as spacified directed by Eng-in-Charge

M&L Forming 20mm thick Ex?pansion joint dit all as spacified directed by Eng-in-Charge

M&L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound all as spacified directed by Eng-in-Charge

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base of floor all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description in any possiton not otherwise provided for

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate in sub floors as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
