Demolition of un- reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L forn removing the existing roof treatment completely, roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, Brushing the surface neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per square meter and rendering 10 mm thick on roof concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 by adding necessary water proofing compound and applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including coating the surface with water based bituminous primer blow bitumen of 85/25 or 90/15 at 1.2 Kg/Sqm both at bottom and top of the membrance and finally finished with one coat of bitumenous aluminium primer at 100 gm per sqm, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in plinth protection and finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.
