7.0 SUBMISSION OF TENDER :-
Tenderer shall submit their offer in Electronic format on above mentioned website
up to dated shown at Sr. No. 3(B) (ii) up to 18:00 Hrs. IST on Date 15/05/2026
after Digitally Signing the same. Offer which is not Digitally Signed will not be
accepted. No offer in physical form will be accepted and any such offer if received
will be out rightly rejected. Bidder will have to submit separate account payee DD
& FDR drawn in favour of “Deputy Executive Engineer, Irrigation Project Sub-
Division No.7/3, Junagadh” in physical form as mentioned in the Para 3.0(B)
above. i.e. within 7 days from the last date of uploading the bid. All physical
document as mentioned in Para-4 shall be submitted physically as well as in
electronic format. Within 7 days from the last date of up loading the bid.
8.0 OPENING OF TENDER :
The Price Bid will be opened on dated 15/05/2026 at 18.05 Hour on website in
the office of the Deputy Executive Engineer, Irrigation Project Sub-Division
No.7/3, 2/3, Bahumali Bhavan Sardar baug, Junagadh 362001 Phone
No.0285-2631301 (As mentioned in Para 3(B)(iii) above.
Intending bidders or their representative who wish to participate in online tender
opening can log on to www.nwr.nprocure.com. On the due date and time, mark
their presence or participate in online tender opening. For more detail’s vendors
are requested to refer “Vendor Training Manual”. Tenderer who wishes to
remain present at JUNAGADH premise at the time of tender opening can do so.
Only one representative of each firm will be allowed to remain present.
9.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
1)The fees for on line tender document will not be refunded under any

11)E.M.D. (FDR) and Tender Fee (D.D.) and other documents shall be submitted
by Speed Post / Regd. A.D. only within stipulated date & time.
12) Offers in Physical form will not be accepted in any circumstances.
13)Contractor shall be bound to follow the prevailing rules regulations orders,
Govt. Resolutions/Amended issued by the Govt. time to time.

20) Agencies can prepare and edit their offers a number of times before the end of
the tender submission date and time. After the tender submission date and time,
the bidder cannot modify/edit/withdraw their submitted offer in any case. No

22) Demand Draft purchased by the other then bidder and issued after the last date
of submission of Bids, will not be considered or accepted.
23) The cost incurred by the contractor for this offer for clarification or attending
discussion, conferences or site visits will not be reimbursed by the Employer or
Engineer-in-Charge.
24) Any changes, addition, alternation made in the prescribed form attached with
tender are liable to be rejected.
25)Any change in format or conditional Bank Guarantee will not be accepted and
the bidder will be considered non-responsive.
26) All the bidders are instructed to fill in information strictly in accordance with
the format given in the checklist /qualification document / tender document.
27) It is mandatory for the bidders to supply each and every information as asked
strictly in electronic format at appropriate places only.
28) Blank/insufficient information shall be treated as nil information and shall
result in disqualification.
29 Even if the bidder has been qualified in a similar or larger size of project in
the past, it shall not be deemed to be a ground/reason for not giving required
information for this work / bid.
30)Information supplied for earlier projects shall not be considered while
evaluation of this bid. The Government will not ask for any other information,
unless it is found absolutely necessary by the competent authority.
31) If found necessary, the contractor will be intimated for negotiation.
