Taking down cement plaster/grit plaster/rough cast plaster on brick or stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of new or old brick works or concrete work finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M/L rough cast plaster as specified and directed in SSR Part-II complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and directed.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This item includes use of necessary scafffolding and safety net up to G+5 storey building and no extra payment shall be paid for that Contractor should keep this aspect in mind while quoting the rate

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of cement based paint white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion exterior quality over and including a coat of water based primer (tint and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Paint and primer shall be 1st quality of Make:- Asian Paint (APEX), ICI Paints (WEATHER SHIELD), Nerolac (EXCEL), Berger Paint (EXPA).

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from internal plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over and including 2 coat of wall care putty (min 1mm thick) on scrapped/uneven surfaces of any description to match with the existing surfaces before application of paint etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for one coats of acrylic exterior emulsion (weather proof) paint on walls ,parapets,facia,soffit of projections and other surface including preparation of old decorated suface by brooming,closing of minor holes,preparation of corners,edges etc by using required putty complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings over drain etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; wall ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MS angle iron in fencing posts & struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary, drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410.

S&F mild steel plain black sheets as in steel gates 1.60 mm thick cut to size,holes,punch including necessary welding reveting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for in applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface and including preparation of new steel surface of any descripition not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillers etc but excluding ashler facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in cement mortar (1:6) with Sub class ‘B’ brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in coping,bed plate including water through and the like weathering, slightly rounded or chamferred angles and throating complete including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 Cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 75mm thick (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Prepainted Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors using with grey cement and pigment, over 20mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick anti skid pavement tiles (heavy duty) of area n.exc 0.18 sqm each of approved colour, shade & antiskid finish set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement & pigment to match laid over & including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) including dismantling of tiles and including cement mortor and rubbish off the primer outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chemfered edges cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern as in footpath, park, lawns or light traffic parking etc of required strength , thickness, size shape made by table vibrating method using PU mould laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacing and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver block in sand bedding layer through vibrating compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down barded wire including concertina coil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, incl securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for concertina coil reinforced punched (chrome razor of blade wire) with barbed tap of 0.5mm thick galvanized steel sheet and core wire of dia 2.5mm high tensile steel wire of concertina coil fencing with punched tape, 750mm dia, having 50 Nos rounds per 6m length, complete all as specified and directed (liner horizontal length to be measured)

Providing and laying at or near ground floor factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature,jointed with cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves(thickness of joints except at sharpe curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage ,opening wherever required including taking out old Kerb stone and removing from MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor tiles/ hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F designer tiles 7-8 mm thick on external faces of wall surfaces over and including cement mortar bedding 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glass fiber reinforced concrete (GFRC) Jalli/Screen 30mm thick fixed on wall using M-25 grade concrete, with content of fiber glass 3-4% fixed in position in cement mortor 1:4 as directed including dismantling of old RCC jalli from walls complete all as specified and directed (Shape, colour and pattern of Jalli shall be approved by GE).

S&F Gloss finish glass mosaic tiles 4mm thick suitable for swimming pools and fountains fixed to walls and floor over and including 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manfacturer's instructions and apply suitable adhesive SP-100 MYK LATICARE or equivalent to stick the tiles to make it completely leak proof including taking out old tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M/L preparation of newly concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F welded steel wire fabric fixed to steel or wooden members weight n.exc 4 Kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in RCC slabs, beams, etc drains or manhole covers of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast RCC work (Nominal Mix) (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, man hole cover ,drain covers with perforated hole, Shelves etc and like complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending and binding with and including wild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or surfacing complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick surface flat for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of form work to to edge of concrete flats etc exc 10 cm but not exc 20 cm wide/thick for fair finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite stone slab as in floor or shelves, over cooking platform,machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, moulding and polishing and bevelling half round edges of stones laid over 15 mm thick sereed bed in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick granite stone slab on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone and beveling half round edges of stones fixed over and incl rendering 10 mm thick CM (1:3 ) etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made precast perforated heavy duty drain/ manhole covers including MS frame plate and including reinforcement as per IS 12592 : 2002 with size 1.00mtr x 0.50mtr x 75mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning desilting and emptying of existing storm water drain by manually in any size and shape including taking out and removing the same to outside MD land to a distance exc 10 KM away and refixing of drain cover in same position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clearning of roofs including Chhajja, Porch, Parapet wall etc i.e. removal of vegetables, roots, removal of blockage from mouth of rain water pipes and rubbish off from premises, brooming etc. up to seven stories buildings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from reinforcement by sand blasting scrubbing down concrete surface with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry and applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bounding coat of approved epoxy adheisve on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited all as specified and applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm, avarage thickness of gunite n.exc 40mm thick in cement mortor (1:2) using OPC 53 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surface of required thickness to give even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortor (1:3) to match the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias,parapets, lintels, columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 6 storey building including removing of small trees shrubs etc all as specified and directed

Desilting and cleaning of open drains of any section manually including desilting soild/semi solid materials of any type vegetation growth and removal of sludge upto a distance exc 5.00 KM from the edges of drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for area cleaning i.e cleaning of floor, wall tiles, sanitary fittings etc by using floor cleaner (make: Lizol, Gonyle, Koparo or equivalent), in 02 Nos of toilets by using Acid/detergents (Make: Harpic, Action or equivalent), Cleaning of office internal flooring by brooming, sweeping and mopping using floor cleaner removing of a cobweb from walls/ ceiling (approx area 80 Sqm and removing of small grass, vegetables, leaves, dust etc from external office complex by brooming (approx area 120 Sqm) including T&P complete all as specified and directed by Office-in-Charge/Section-in-Charge.

Cleaning of storm water drains by removing mud, grass etc and sweeping the sides and botton of drains in foul condition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing untreated surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint ) paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof,removal of vagetables,leaves,roots,removal of blockage from mouth of rain water pipes and rubbish off from premishes, brooming etc up to seven storied buildings complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/Malba to a distance exceeding 1.5 KM and not exceeding 20 KM depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (i) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc, hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to G + 6th storeys height of bldgs. (ii) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and from) and necessary T&P / equipment and safety gear shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.
