(a) Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning, silent Diesel Engine driven generator set, fully wired alternator AC to give an out put of 100 KVA continuously rating at a power factor 0.8 lagging, 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts 50 Hz ± 1% supply, 1500RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled mounted on common base frame complete with floor mounting fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads, control panel & other accessories etc and comprising of following complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Diesel Engine: Water cooled turbo charged with after cooler to deliver suitable BHP at 1500RPM under NTP conditions of BS 5514 and & ISO 3046 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 hours continuous operation with the following accessories:. Diesel engine of rated speed at full load electric start developing with system with radiator and including electronic governor control of class A1, engine control panel, lub oil pump, water pump, fuel tank, exhaust pipe with silencer and suitable for electric start with batteries of adequate capacity and suitable for alternator of specified capacity complete with fly wheel direct/flexible coupling and coupling guard complete. Note:- The DG Set will be initially inspected by representative of Accepting officer in factory premises at work site before dispatch.

XPLE insulated, PVC sheathed LT under ground cable 1100 V armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor,laid in trenches /ducts/through pipes /in floor road/along the pole etc jointing with proper lugs, cable gland, including testing commissioning of size 120 Sq mm 3.5 core laid,complete all as specified and as directed.,complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in hard / dense soil, complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft / disintegrated rock complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material soil/rocks exc. 250 m and n. exc. 1.5 km, depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Precast concrete cable cover unreinforced, ISI marked class LV types 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm having minimum average breaking load 200Kg, complying IS:5820-1970 made of concrete used of grade M-20, laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of the cable length, adjacent / abutting each other complete all as specified.

Hot press moulded SMC junction box 240mm x 130mm x 95mm (inside dimension) fixed with left side hinges and cable terminals with one No. 32 Amp TPN MCB fixed to pole with clamp nuts,bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Make:Sintex Cat No :- GSJB -2817 or equivalent model of Hensal or makes as specified in Appx 'B'.

GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for cable protection, laid under plinths/floors/roads/culverts or fixed on walls or along the steel poles by means of M.S.F.I clamps with necessary bolts nuts washers etc complete all as specified.
