NOTICE INVITING E-TENDER E-Tender for HIRING OF TWO VANS FOR PRODUCT PROMOTION IN PATNA LUBES TERRITORY FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS. Tender No: 1000410798 Date: 14.10.2023 Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd, has its own lubricant brand under the name of MAK Lubricants. We engage in various activities from time to time in order to Market and promote MAK lubricants in the marketplace. With an objective to promote MAK LUBRICANTS at tehsil levels, a 1-2MT Open Van, with Branding, shall be hired for one month. There will be 3 locations and we will be hiring 2 Vans for Promotional activities. The van will be used to create campaigns by announcing schemes by MAK Lubricants authorized Distributor to the retailers, with their DSRs accompanying the Van and canvassing MAK Lubricants to the rural market. It is expected that approx. 50-60 retailers shall be placing orders with the help of VAN campaign in the area. The plan is to cover all talukas of a sales area during the drive, with visits, campaigns, and interaction. Average running of Van is proposed is 90 km per day in 30 days. During these campaign days a team of distributors/ company officer shall also be visiting wherever the VAN campaign is going on. There are total Van requirement which will cover the select districts of Bihar under three Different reporting offices · Patna Sales Area: Covering 8 District · Muzaffarpur sales Area: Covering 6 District · Barauni Sales Area: Covering 8 Districts There will be 2 van for 20 districts of Bihar, for the period of mid Oct to November 23, with a provision to be extended for another month on same terms and conditions and rates. Key requirements of the Van during the Campaign are as below 1) VAN should be evenly painted with no dents/scratch marks/ colour patches from all sides. All accessories like door handles, side mirrors, tail lights, headlights, wipers, bumpers should be intact and in same colour to give the van an even look. 2) VAN should have a firm structure to display products ads clearly on 4 sides, bottom beam and top beam with a structure to display message on the crown too. 3) Artwork shall be shared by the Company. 4) The artwork has to be printed, mounted and maintained by the agency throughout the campaign. The agency needs to ensure that the flex is not torn, or dirty at any time. (Suggested 5 star flex with black pack) 5)
