Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grate excluding cost of centering and shuttering 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand: 4 grated stone aggregate)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , fininshing and reinforcement . All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4: grated stone aggregate )

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete . Hot rolled deformed bars. Including all carriage complete.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete solid block,including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3coarse sand), cost of required centering, shuttering complete :1:3:6 (1 Cement: 3 coarse sand(zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level including cost of stone. Coarse sand 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 course sand )

Providing wood work in frame false ceiling in partition etc. sawn and fixing in position with stainless steel and screws ettc.

10 cm thick mud pushka of damped earth on roof.

Providing and fixing 20 mm thick wooden planks ceiling .

Carriage of sand,aggregate for average lead upto 10 km by MT and 0.5 km H.L

Carriage of cement for average upto 10 km by MT .

Form work for centering and shuittering including strutting proping etc. and removal of form for:- (a) walls ( any thickness ) including attached plaster butteresses, plinth and string course etc.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows

Providing and fixing of MS Pipe 200 mm dia of 5mm thickness.
