OD24657/2026-2027:Supply, installing testing and commissioning of following air-cooled smart inverter technology four way cassette 3.0 TR AC unit having ISEER of 4.2, EER/CoP 3.06 (IDU and ODU) with anti-corrosive black epoxy resin coating along with hydrophilic coating (ocean black fin), 100% copper condenser coil, R32 refrigerant gas and single-phase rated power supply. Units having galvanized steel plate casing, electronic expansion valve, statically and dynamically balanced multi speed dc fan with, washable filter section, compact cu cooling coil and al fins. The unit shall be insulated with sound absorbing thermal insulation material. Unit shall be supplied with drain pump and micro-processor control, drain hose, clamp metal, washer fixing plate, sealing pads, screws, clamps, washer for hanging bracket and insulation for fitting, and wireless remote controller with comprehensive maintenance contract up to the end of 36 months from date of commissioning including periodical services, gas topping etc.

M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staricase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
