Provision for taking out of damaged stone slab floor from the pathway stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge in All kinds of soil

Provision for raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth, with due care and precaution, by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing / refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metre lead.

Provision for providing recess pointing with use of traditional mortar of racked joints

Provision for fixing the sand stone flooring by using 100mm new stones duly smooth dressed and with fine joints as per original including pointing in cement mortar (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc

Provision for Random rubble masonry work with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and up to floor five level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including providing stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25

With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30

Provision for Disposal of dirty water from tank with the help of u/s labour& tools machine etc.

Provision for removal of silt from tank including supply of all material T&P etc complete.
