Heritage / Finishing works Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Varnishing with flatting varnish of approved brand and manufacture one or more coats on old work

Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungue, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc. including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid ammonia chemical of 5% solution and other chemical cleaning agents as approved by Archaeological survey of India/Engineer-in-charge, of approved brand and manufacturer with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet mixed with desired quantity of fine silica and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, windows door etc, by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/structure, all as per directions of Engineer-in-charge(the rate is inclusive of all materials and labours involved except scaffolding)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge:1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

P/L in possition 25 mm thick Chisel dressed Devri stone tile on floor/stairs of required and approved pattern in 1:4 cement mortar upto plinth level incl:filling the joints with cement grout and pointing complete all carriages upto the site of work.

P/Fixing in possition 12 mm imported wooden pannalling of standard quality and manufacture incl cost of all necessary wooden joists complete job at site

15 MM C ement plaster in 1 : 6 mix incl:all leads of carriages upto the site of work.

Providing and applying of white cement based putty of specified thickness of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface for even and smooth complete. 2 mm thick

Applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.
