Amount

Demolition stone and /or boulder masonary built in cement mortar and removing from the premises as and where directed by EIC.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving exc. 15 cm thickness and removed material disposed as directed by EIC.

Excavating over areas (hard /dence soil) nexc. 1.5m deep and getting out and removing excavated material exc. 250m but n. exc. 500m and deposited as directed.

Excavating in trenches(Hard/dense soil)n exc. 1.5m wide and nexc.1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out.

Returning filling soil in trench etc, including spreading levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not. Exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

M & L broken stone or boulder hard core of gauge n. exe. 63mm , deposited, spread, and levelled in layers n. exe. 15cm thick water and rammed to true surface.

M&L,shingle(stone bajri) filling in floors,laid in layers nexc. 15cm thick,spread,levelled,and blinded with earth and rammed including watering.

M&L,cement concrete in foundations type B2 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate)

M&L,Reinforced cement concrete of type M-25,( 20mm graded aggregate)in foundation beams, paneled floors and hard standings, drains, surface channels etc .

M&L,Reinforced cement concrete walls,retaining walls etc. any thick ness,type M-20,( 20mm graded aggregate)

Form work to sides of concrete foundations,sides and soffits of plinth beams etc. for rough finished surfaces.

Form work to faces of walls ,retaining walls (flat/slope)and for rough finished surfaces.

M&L,rendering 15mm thick cement plastering of 1:4 cement mortar on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)

M&L,Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over,cut to length,bent to shape required,including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joint filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed with sealing compound grade'A' for 150mm thick concrete floor.

S&F 50mm diameter,high density polythylene pipes(HDPE)of pressure rating 6kgf/cm2 for using in weep holes.

M & L , 2.00mm thickrubber/ vinyl/conductive flooring laid over self adhesive cooper strip of size 25mm X 0.50mm , laid in manner to make 600mm X 600mm metal grid and to be connected on at least at two location , all as directed. The resistance value between earth and any palce of conductive floor must be less than 50000 ohms when tested with input voltage 500 volt DC. all the process will be done after rubbing/cleaning of floor as dircted.
