Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts , drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks ( Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 305.1 and disposal of materials upto any lead and upto any lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per entire satisfaction and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Loosening leveling and compacting original ground upto a level of 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimetre) below the sub-grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layer to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 with power road roller 8-10 tonne ( eight –ten tonne ) capacity for sub grade construction as per M.O.R.D. technical specification rural roads Clause 303.5.2 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental or as per the entire specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening leveling and compacting original ground upto a level of 150mm ( one hundred fifty millimetre) below the sub-grade level, watered, graded and compacted in layer to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 with power road roller 8-10 tonne ( eight –ten tonne ) capacity for sub grade construction as per M.O.R.D. technical specification rural roads Clause 303.5.2 including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental or as per the entire specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 ( eighty / hundred ) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, with application of stone screening type-A of size 11.2mm ( eleven decimal two ) millimeters at the rate of 0.27 cum ( zero point two seven cubic metres) per ten square metres, and binding materials at the rate of 0.08 cum ( zero point zero eight cubic meter ) to fill up the intersitices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –I, 90mm to 45mm ( ninety millimeters to forty five millimeters ) size, 100mm ( hundred millimeters ) compacted thickness as per technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1 ) on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg ( zero point seven to one point zero zero kilogram ) per square meter, using mechanical means as per technical specifications clause No. 502 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials. Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor on the prepared surface of granular base treated with primer and including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying tack coat distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg. ( zero point two five to zero point three zero kilogram ) per Square metre using mechanical means as per technical specifications clause No. 503 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts and as per entire satisfactions and directions of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials.. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness composed of Type-A 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimetre) aggregate at the rate of 0.27cum ( zero point two seven cubic metre), per ten square meter mixed with pentration grade bitumen VG-10 ( viscosity grade-10 ) at the rate of 14.60 Kg. (fourteen point six zero kilogram) per ten square metre of road surface, to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating, binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 ( thirty / forty ) tonne per hour capacity, transporting mixed materials with tipper and laying with paver finisher to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 ( eighty- hundred) KN static road roller capacity finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat as per technical specifications clause No. 508 including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials. Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification clause 510 premixed with 6.80 kg ( six point eight zero kilogram) VG-10 ( viscosity grade-10 ) premixed with 0.06 ( zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per 10 Sqm. ( Ten square metre) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten capacity) including hauling of materials in all leads , lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete grade M-20( M-twenty ) nominal mix 1:2:4 ( one cement: two sand :four graded /crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimeters ) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete including cost of form work curing in bed block complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates including octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete nominal mix 1 : 4: 8( one cement : four sand : eight graded crushed /broken stone aggregate 40mm ( forty millimeter) nominal size in open foundation . in or under water including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site, which may arise at the time of laying under water complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202, and 1203 including the cost of form work and curing complete, including hauling of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge . Providing and laying boulder aprone for bed protection with stone boulders of minimum size and weight as per table 1300.1 : No fragment weighing less than 25 kg. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in parapet complete of plain cement concrete grade M-15 (M-fifteen ) nominal mix 1:2½:5 ( one cement; two and half sand : five graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimeters ) including cost of form work as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 802, 804, 805, 806 , 807 1202 and 1204 as per directions of Engineer-in- charge and including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidential .
