Dismantling timber scantling 40 sqcm and over in section in unframed work, in any position complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt.

Dismantling boarding, any description , fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt.

S&F of second class soft wood boarding 40mm thick clean sawn with butt joint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for second class soft wood in scantling in clean sawn timber framed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 04 here in above but in any location and height upto 12 m fixed on existing bolts etc including necessary drilling holes on scantling and scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of wood and wood based material of any description and girth and applying two coats of creosote oil complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description or thickness/ chipping of cement concrete in any situation from brick or concrete surface upto height of 13.00 meters including raking out joints, hacking key scrubing down with water to receive new plaster including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for rendering 20 mm thick in two layers of 10 mm thick each on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces upto height of 13.00 meters in cement mortar 1:4 and finish the surface even and fair including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surfaces and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) on wall complete all as specified and as per manufacturers instructions.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Demolished materials shall be removed without any delay and disposed off where directed at contractor's own expense.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D- 2, (1:4:8) (40mm graded aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B- 1, (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) as in hard standing finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc. 1.50m wide and n.exc. 1.5m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes, etc. n exc. 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, in hard/dense soil and removing the soil upto a distance of 50 m where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS poles, tubular sections in any kind of work like as in fencing, posts, rafter, purlins etc including all necessary drilling, welding, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing ( mesh 50 mm X 50 mm size) nominal dia of wire 3 mm ( including pvc coating ) fixed to fencing posts using suitable bolts and nuts (nuts and bolts shall be measured seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only PVC coated chain link fencing of any description using suitable bolts and nuts (nuts and bolts shall be measured seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolt (machine made) 5 to 10 mm dia of neck with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm long n exc 10 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of laterite stone pitching/ masonry of any description, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excl ashlars facings, dressed stonework & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Demolished materials shall be removed without any delay and disposed off where directed at contractor's own expense.

M&L for laterite stone pitching/ masonry of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, jointed and pointed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates or staging for water tanks of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to Fe- 410 W (grade E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed made of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand or baby chips filling in, including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick on ground to receive interlock tiles complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F Prepolished machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of approved shape, colour and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete laid dry using machine compaction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for steel work in sections(tubular, angle, plate,channel etc ) cut in any shape flat or curved section including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Sign board in repairs made out of 3mm aluminum composite panel both side alongwith retro reflective sheeting on both side with letters, stops, commas, short lines, arrows, borders,dashes, hyphen, brackets etc of any size and match with existing fixed on MS Pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- 1. Area of sign board shall be considered for payment. 2. MS pipe, excavation, concrete as required shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repairs 3mm aluminum composite panel both side alongwith retro reflective sheeting on both side with letters, stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphen,arrows, borders brackets etc of any size fixed on frame complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Area of ACP sheet shall be considered for payment.

S&F in repairs retro reflective sheeting with letters, stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphen, brackets etc of any size fixed/ stickered on aluminium composite panel complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Area of retro reflective sheet shall be considered for payment.

M&L for cement concrete machine presed chequered tiles of size 200 x 200 x 20mm thick square in shpae of approved tint, as in ramp/stair laid over 20mm thick screed bed in cm 1:4 and pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles build in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All dismantled materials shall be removed without any delay and stacked at places where directed without any extra cost to the Govt.

M&L for walling of RR stone masonry uncoursed well bonded, solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
