CA NO. CWE/HILLS/PGH/16 OF 2025-2026 REPAIR / MAINT / OVERHAULTING OF TRANSFORMERS, CIRCUIT BREAKERS, 33 KV SWITCHGEAR, BATTERY CHARGING SYSTEM AT DEVKATIYA AND PITHORAGARH UNDER GE PITHORAGARH

M& L for opening up the top cover of transformer and taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/description (indoor/out door type) installed on pole/floor, for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side after shifting the transformer to contractors work shop including taking out complete core assembly, megger testing the defective winding portion/taking out , cleaning the laminated core and rewinding with appropriate gauge/winding wire/strip winding of existing description for transformer of capacity 63 KVA to 150 KVA including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Placing/removing stand by transformer in the place of defective transformer under repair will be the responsibility of the contractor, stand by transformer of same rating and capacity will be provided by the Contractor till refixing / replacing of repaired transformer. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include hiring charges of standby transformer till commissioning of repaired transformer and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.If standby Transformer not provided within 4 hours of breakdown , a penalty recovery will be done from RAR bill as follows: a) For first day Rs 5000 b) For second day Rs 1000 c) For next every day Rs 1000 (ii) Oil shall be collected by the Contractor for refilling. (iii) The repair work under each transformer shall be ordered by GE in writting after visual inspection on opening of transformer. (iv) Winding of coil with copper winding wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item. (v) Transportation chagres are inclusive in the quoted rates (vi) The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if required and other major items shall be measured and paid separately. (vii) The cost of insulation material such as paper,cotton tape, latheriod sheet, cork sheet ,gasket etc are inclusive in the coated rates. (viii) Proper Shut down to be taken by the contractor before execution of work.

All as per Item No 01 here-in-before but capacity 160 to 400 KVA. complete all as specified & directed

M&L for preparing old painted surface of transformer 11/0.433 KV outdoor/indoor/pole mounting of capacity 63 to 150 KVA by cleaning removing the old paint including scratching with wire brush etc. After disconnected HT/LT side connection from both primary and secondary side of transformer and apply one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of smoke grey colour to outer body of the transformer and writing of letter HT/LT and SM/MES Nos and making all HT/LT electric connectiones complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge. Note:-1. The compressor, spray machine and other required necessary equipment/T&P shall be arrange by the contractor and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for this effect.

-ditto as above item No 3.00 but capacity of transformer 160 KVA to 200 KVA complete all as specified and as directed

-ditto as above item No 3.00 but capacity of transformer 250 KVA to 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparing old painted surface of transformer 33/11 KV outdoor type of capacity 5000 KVA by cleaning removing the old paint including scratching with wire brush etc. After disconnected HT/LT side connection from both primary and secondary side of transformer and apply one coat of synthetic enamel spray paint of smoke grey colour to outer body of the transformer and writing of letter HT/LT and SM/MES Nos and making all HT/LT electric connectiones complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - charge. Note:-1. The compressor, spray machine and other required necessary equipment/T&P shall be arranged by the contractor and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor for this effect. 2. Proper Shut down to be taken by the contractor before execution of work.

Supply and filling up silicagel in breather of different capacity of transformer complete all as specified.

M&L for Dehydration and filtering the transformer oil of any type of transformer 11 KV/433 V, 33KV/11 KV, 33KV/433V with dehydration machine to achive required di-electric strengh of the oil up to 52 to 60 KV at a gap 2.5 mm complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Dehydration machine and other required necessary equipment shall be arranged by the contractor and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor on this effect.

Supply and filling New transformer oil in sealed container for topping up the level of oil having dielectric strength 60 KV during filling after initial filtration conforming to relevant IS-335 complete all as specified and directed.

Labour & transportation for shifting of 11/0.433 KV transformer from one location to another location with in cantt area and making connections and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Safe transportation of transformer for shifting is responsibility of contractor.
