Annual Maintenance Contract Preventive of 220KV and 132KV Transmission lines

Preventive Maintainance:

A. Work of patrolling for one year of following transmission lines:- (i) 220KV Jhajhra- khodri (27.45kms) (ii) 220 kv Chibro -Khodri line 1st( 5.77km) (iii) 220 KV Chibro-khodri line IInd (8.6kms) (iv) 220 KV Jhajhra-Sherpur (6.11kms) (v) 220 kv Jhajhra -Vyasi (40.29kms) (vi) 220kV Sherpur_Vyasi (35.485Kms) (vii) 132kV Jhajhra-Kulhal (31.97kms) (viii) 132kV Jhajhra-Dhalipur (26.47kms) tower to tower and submitting the patrolling report in prescribed performa to Jhajhra Substation jhajhra quarterly basis in a year.Claerance of patrolling path by cuttting & removing thorned bushes etc below the line in dense forest area & removing the same away from the 35 meter wide gallery . Checking Point are given as below:- (1) Position of disc insulator. (2) Identification and number of missing tower parts. (3)Disloaction of dampers. (4) Conition of conductor. (5)Condition of the earth wire. (6) Identification od week joints, deterioration of jumper, hot spot and clamps etc. (7) Position of tower earthing. (8) Position of tower foundation. (9)Position of danger plate,number plate and name plate (10) Photography of patrolling of each tower (11) Report submitted by skilled Supervisor of contractor. Note:- The contractor will provide 06 person team (01number supervisor , 02 number skilled lineman and 03 number semiskilled labour) along with 01 number jeep at 220KV Substation Jhajhra . all the required T&P and it's transportation will be arranged by the contractor.contractor must be located within 5km from 220KV Substation Jhajhra. Contractor must deploy 04 labour 24x7 at 220kV Jhajhra Substation. (182.145 Km X 4 Frequency = 728.58 Kms) B.Lopping and chopping of tree branches near and under the gallery of :- (i) 220KV Jhajhra- khodri (27.45kms) (ii) 220 kv Chibro -Khodri line 1st( 5.77km) (iii) 220 KV Chibro-khodri line IInd (8.6kms) and (iv) 220 KV Jhajhra-Sherpur (6.11kms) (v) 220 kv Jhajhra -Vyasi (40.29kms) (vi) 220kV Sherpur_Vyasi (35.485Kms) (vii) 132kV Jhajhra-Kulhal (31.97kms) (viii) 132kV Jhajhra-Dhalipur (26.47kms) from the 35 meter and 27 meter wide gallery of the line safely with rope etc from the safety of line conductors and to minimise future trippings. (182.145 Km X 4 Frequency = 728.58 Kms)

Attending Emergency Break down Replacement of Damage /broken/puncture Disc Insulators of single double tension fittings or snapped/burnt/defective Jumper of ACSR Deer / Zebra/Panther Conductor or Earthwire fittings including dismantelling/ lowering down and again hoisting complete string of ACSR Zebra Conductor of above mentioned lines

Replacement of broken/defective/snapped ACSR Deer/Zebra/Panther Conductor by using STD/DTF, mid span , repair sleeve or earthwire complere accessories by using new earthwie/OPGW of 7/9,7/10 SWG complete work including destiringing and RE- stringing of above mentioned lines
