Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surfaces of walls

Painting two coats with ready-mixed exterior paint in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surface of walls. (Ist quality)

First class brickwork laid in cement sand mortar 1:3 in first storey upto 4 meters above plinth level.

Applying priming coat on steel work consisting of genuine red lead mixed with linseed oil and turpentine oil in equal proportions

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size in foundation and plinth.

Providing & laying 80mm thick interlocking paver block of all shapes & colours in design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30mm thick fine sand complete in all respect

1.20 metres high fencing, with 1.65 metres posts, placed at every, 2.5 meters to 3 metres apart embedded in cement concrete blocks, and every tenth post, to be strutted, provided with 4 horizontal lines of G.I. barbed wire, weighing 9.34 kg. per 100 metres (minimum) and fixed with G.I. staples, tied to 6 mm bar nib, with binding wire or by providing cut, including drilling holes, in the post of complete (excluding the cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete which is payable extra)
