Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete in flooring type B-O, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions for laying floor tiles, compelte all as specified and directed.. Note (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm,as in floors etc set over and including high performence adhesive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhesive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalnet of pigment matching to tile color including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:4 (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge).

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:3, compelte all as specified and directed.

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut green marbel stone in single piece as in steps and risers, landings, jambs, pillars, window cills, and like laid over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1 : 3 including necessary adhesive complete all as specified

M&L for 35mm thick factory made Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, comercial type 1.0mm thick (veneered on both side) with decorative choice laminated type 1 (factory laminated), or surface finish, 6mm thick or external teak wood lipping fixed with nails, color and pattern as approved by EIC/GE.

S & F 35mm thick 2nd class Hard wood Glazed and Skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc(without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut ,mitered and moulded beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats, compelte all as specified and directed..
