Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per technical specification with in all leads lilfts and other incidentials and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete as per technical specification with in all leads lilfts and other incidentials and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying and stacking at site 53 mm to 22.4 mm (Fifty three into twenty two point four millimetre) size stone aggregate of approved quality as per specification including loading, unload and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and stacking in proper stacks along the road as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 (Three) wheeled road/ vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight- ten) tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per technical specification with in all leads lilfts and other incidentials and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat on W.B.M. at the rate 0.75 (Zero point seven five) Kilogram per square metre using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications complete with in all leads lilfts and other incidentials and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat on bituminous surface using bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.25 kg. (zero point two five kilogram) per square metre conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom complete as per technical specification with in all leads lilfts and other incidentials and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying 30 mm (THirty millimetre) compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 at the rate 5.5% (Five point five percent (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (Three percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 (One hundred- One hundred twenty) TPH capacity Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete in all respect with in all leads lilfts and other incidentials and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge
