Labour for attending GI pipe 15mm to 40mm dia. Pipe lines complaints (break down) up to G+1 floor terrace and plane area including taking down,cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed Note:- GI pipe and fitting shall be measured and paid separately

Labour for attending GI pipe 15mm to 40mm dia. Pipe lines complaints (break down) multi story building G+3 floor and above including taking down cutting and threading of pipe and necessary scaffolding and safety measure complete all as specified and as directed Note:- GI pipe and fitting shall be measured and paid separately

Labour for attending GI pipe 50mm to 80mm dia. Pipe lines complaints (break down) including taking down cutting and threading of pipe complete all as specified and as directed Note:- GI pipe and fitting shall be measured and paid separately

NOTE:- For item no. 1.00 to 3.00 Receiving complaint slips of leakage, break down of GI Pipe or any other complaint releted to water supply, as issued by MES Rep from E/M sub Division ( Complaint Cell) Binnaguri under GE (S) Binnaguri including detection of fault and rectify/repair the same to maintain the water supply services smoothly and depositing the complaint slip back duly signed by Users and MES Rep for satisfactorily attending the complaints complete all as specified and as directed.Note - (i) Quoted rates shall deemed to be included for detecting fault including minor additions and alterations and materials in repair as required to make the same serviceable fixed at the same place or other as directed at site. (ii) Complaint slip shall be provided by the contractor duly printed with CA No & Name of firm as per format given by Engr in Charge and the cost shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (Note :-In absence of the MES Rep payment will not be allowed during running/Final payment.) (iii) All necessary GI pipe and fitting shall be measured and paid separately (iv) In case of any accident/mishapenning occurred during the repair/replacement of work shall be responsibity of Contractor. (v) The works are not falling under minor repair shall be paid shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BoQ.

S&F in repair Gun matel gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe for 25 mm bore, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/materials, not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and S&F Galvanised iron tube, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or in floor for 20 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and S&F Galvanised iron tube, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or in floor for 25 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and S&F Galvanised iron tube, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed to wall and ceiling or in floor for 40 mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit in repair of size 600x600x600 mm (Internal dimension) with one brick thick wall in CM (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggs) as in bedding and coping and 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally up to 15 cm below ground level providing valve pit cover made of 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame all round the top fixed by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150 mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 60 mm embeded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggs)of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm including provision of hinges, welded with angle iron frame and MS cover, MS handle of suitable length, and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement with applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc crome primer and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair 3 layer PPR (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed SDR 7.4 &SDR 11 UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply all PPR plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fitting with connected accessories of outer dia. 63mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair 3 layer PPR (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed SDR 7.4 &SDR 11 UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply all PPR plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fitting with connected accessories of outer dia. 90mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for fabrication for errecting/ fixing mild steel (plain or chequered) plates square cut to made MS framed flash mixture for clarifier bridge of as existing without any alternates conforming to FE410W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.
