STRENGTHENING THE ROAD FROM PERIYUR TO NADUPATTY ROAD, KM 0/000-2/000, H/O.PERIYUR Estimate amount Rs.152.34 lakhs Part A - Clearing the Scrub jungle clearence including all labour charges for burryingng and burning etc.,

Picking the Existing BT surface with 5cm thick iuncluding all cost of Labour charge etc complete.

Providing & Laying gravel for side bermes including all cost and conveyance of all material and labour charge etc complete

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) .

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying TACK COAT over WBM/WMM surface at 2.5Kg / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying 25mm thick compacted Bituminous Concrete which shall consist of construction of a single course binder / wearing course on a previously prepared

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.50Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Premix Carpet with Seal Coat Type -A to 20mm thick using 0.18cum of 13.2mm, 0.09 cum of 11.20mm and .09cum of 6.70mm with 24.40 Kgs of VG 30 Bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in Central Hot Mix Plant 20-30T capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 20mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross section and consolidated by 8-10T vibratory/pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site, hire & fuel charges for 20-30T CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher, vibratory/pneumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and other incidental charges etc., complete

Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including support and strutting up to 3.29m high for plane surface such as using mild steel sheets of size 90X40cm and BG for stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size 25x25x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10x6.50cm spaced at about 90 centre to centre and supported by casaurina props of 10-13cm dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc. complete.

CC 1:3:6 mix using 40 mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges and centering and shuttering charges but including curing providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof level wherever neccessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of slab,beams etc., shall be finished smooth with C.M. 1:3 12mm thick and with kraft paper without claiming extra etc., as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with std. Specifications and as directed.The rate is including vibration charges.for foundation and basement.
