Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:4) all as specified.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved in plan to any radiusin half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies 35 mm thick (measured solid) including all mouldings but excluding frame in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M & L for cement concrete type B2 (1:2:4) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels, drains and manhole foundation etc. complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc as directed.

Material and labour rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete work surfaces in two layer 10mm bottom layer and 5mm thick top layer mixed with integral water proofing compound all as per manufacturer's instruction and as specified. Make: 'Plastocrete Plus' of Sika/ 'Pidiproof LW' of Pidilite for water proofing compound. Note: (i) WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'. (ii) WPC to be mixed @200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement all as manufacturers instruction.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified

M & L preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying 3 coats of white wash complete as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complet all as specifed and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises as directed.

M & L 25 mm thick, PCC 1:2:4, type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors & finishing the surfaces fair and even with out using extra cement complete as specified and directed.

M & L Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles of design 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified.

M & L glazed (coloured) ceramic tiles of size 300 x 450 x 7mm thick on vertical surfacessuch as dado/skirting/risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of liles over and including rending 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and removal of rubbish off the site.

M & L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified.

M & L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection / hard standing etc, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filling in proportion of bitumen and sand (1:2) complete as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4), type B1, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping as all specified .

M & L for spreading and leveling of sand (river sand)of grading zone-I of SSR part -1 of approved quality and layers n.exc 25 CM thick.

M&L for Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 Grade with greycement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item no 20.00 above but except precast concrete interlocking paver block complete all as specified and dirceted.

M & L prepolished coloured and chemically treated chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x30 cm x25 mm thick confirming to IS - 13081, 1993 with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement morter 1:6.

All as per item no 22.00 above but except chemically treated chequered cement concrete tiles complete all as specified

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) embedded in concrete, brick work masonry etc any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified.

Excavation in any type of soil for post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, tresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts including caps and bases)in foundation filling and mass concrete and as PCC band at ground level to hold bottom line complete all as specified.

M&L for RCC type A-1, 1:½:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc for fencing average sectional area exc 100 Sq cm but not exc 250 Sq cm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops and fixed including use and wastte of formworks complete all as specified. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

Mild Steel TMT bar 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers & binders cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand , steel barbred wire (type ‘A’ and designation class 5) 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including , securing or tying at crossings with mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed(each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and removal off the site.

Re-fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as specified.

Mild Steel Gd.I, IS 432 (part I) part -I round bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6), type C 2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 100 mm bore of pipe.
