8 Proposed Murul art :The scope of work includes surface preparation, priming, putty application, wall painting, and execution of

theme-based mural art on an existing wall. The process begins with mechanical/manual cleaning of the wall surface using

wire brushes, scrapers, and water jetting to remove dirt, dust, loose particles, grease, and existing deteriorated paint. Surface

preparation includes repairing cracks and uneven areas using polymer-based putty (minimum 2mm thickness) to ensure a

smooth base. Once dry, the surface is sanded and coated with an acrylic primer (two coats) for adhesion and

uniformity. This is followed by the application of weather-resistant exterior-grade wall paint (minimum two coats) or anti-

fungal emulsion paint, ensuring durability. Upon achieving a smooth and primed base, the mural art is executed using high-

quality acrylic paints, spray paints, or oil-based colors, as per the approved design and theme (History, Science, Sports, Yoga, 210.00 Sqm 1050.00

etc.), ensuring UV resistance and long-lasting vibrancy. The mural work involves detailed hand-painting, stencil work, and

airbrushing techniques, depending on the design complexity. Protective coatings such as matte or glossy polyurethane finish

are applied to enhance longevity and prevent weathering. The work includes the cost of all materials, skilled and

unskilled labor, scaffolding arrangement up to the required height, transportation, tools, and equipment necessary for

execution. The rate shall be inclusive of concept development, artwork approval, and final execution , ensuring adherence to

safety protocols and site conditions. All work shall be carried out as per industry standards and approved specifications.

Road sweeping and Cleaning Services

Providing IEC activities including engagement of qualified agencies/

organizations to conduct a Cleanliness Awareness Drive in

collaboration with an NGO at various locations. The initiative aims to

promote hygiene and sanitation through street plays, information

kiosks, banners, and interactive activities to engage and educate the

public effectively including cost of advertisement material

awareness literature, transportation, temporary mandap samiyana,

tables, chairs, and refreshment including drinking water if required.

Providing day-to-day road sweeping, road cleaning, road brushing,

central divider cleaning, nuisance point cleaning, and dumping of

collected garbage, including spraying of pesticides at site as directed.

The work includes sweeping with brooms and/or mechanical

sweeping machines, collecting waste from roads and adjoining

footpaths, and transporting the collected waste to the designated

dumpsite with all necessary lifts and leads. The cleaned surface shall

be finally fanned using gunny bags or equivalent to remove fine dust.

The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, materials, tools, consumables,

equipment, machinery, vehicles, fuel, and incidental charges required

for completion of the work in all respects, as directed by the Engineer-
