Disconnect and insulate electric supply wire and taking down carefully ceilling fan 1200mm/exhaust fan 300/380/450mm of any make dismantlling blades, servicing opening up of fan, motor, cleaning stator , rotor, cleaning of all parts greasing oiling of bushes and bearing reassembling and testing for smooth functioning for celling fan/exhaust fan, including replacement of 0.5 sqmm 3 core copper conductor flexible cable connected from celling rose to fan & refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick,burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level,connected to galvanized iron wire of 4 mm dia earth lead by means of bolts,nuts ,washer and check nut of galvanized steel, earth wire protected by and including GI pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to main switch / MCB DBs box point as directed and including cement concret pit with CI cover 10 mm thick hinged to CI frame all as shown under electrical plate No 3 SSR Pt - I 2009 including painting the external surface of chamber & cover with enamel paint in diffrent colour as directed and writing earth results & date of test carried out with white paint on black painted background, wiremesh funnel, 20mm bore GI Pipe (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternative layers of 15cm thick all arround the electrode, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as shown in electrical plate of SSR part -I and testing on completion complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
