REPAIR TO AREA DRAINAGE, DRAIN COVER ETC AT RAMGARH CANTT UNDER GE RAMGARH

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation or shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Egineer -in-Charge.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in layer complete all as specified.

Removing of excavated materials to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 250mm dia (SGSW/AC/RCC/PVC) set in cement mortar including bed concrete and removal of debris to low lying area of distance not exceeeding 100m, complete all as directed by Engr-inCharge.

All as per serial Item No 4 here-in-before but 300mm dia pipe, complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

S & F, Reinforced concrete drain pipes of 250mm dia class NP2 laid and jointed with collars in trenches and jointed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S & F, Reinforced concrete drain pipes of 300mm dia class NP2 laid and jointed with collars in trenches and jointed, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors & paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition Reinforced cement concrete as in precast cover of manholes etc., (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F precast reinforced cement concrete manhole cover in RCC(1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar(1:6), complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar as in drain, manhole etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) as in drain, manholes etc complete all as specified.

All as per item No.12 here in before but except bricks, using old serviceable brick as retrieved.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius half brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) etc complete all as specified.

Extra for fair finish drain or channel to any girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L plain cement concrete type B0(1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching, bed block, coping of manhole, surface channel drains, etc., complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc., complete all as specified.

M & L, 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brickwork in cement mortar (1:4), surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end binding with binding wire and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified & directed by Engineer in Charge.

S & F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair 100 mm bore PVC (SWR) bore junction, (Single T) equal or unequal, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) bore junction, (Single T) equal or unequal, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
