DG Sets and AC work

Supplying, Installation testing and commissioning of silent type self exited 125 KVA DG Set rating, 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz with AMF panel (Koel Green Brand) with Diesel Engine Model No. 6R1080TAG1 or equivalant developing 175 BHP at NTP coupled with Koel Green alternator, 230 ltrs fuel tank for each DG Set, battery (1X12V), silent type, self excited with Radiator cooling, charger with battery leads, anti vibration isolators, cable termination adopter box, drip trays, foundation bolts, glands, nuts, suitable exhaust pipe upto 5.0 mtr. i/c insulation etc. as required for a complete installation, acoustic enclosure and AMF panel etc.complete as req. at site. The fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS sheets metal complete with drain valve, air vent and inlet &outlet contection and shall include the cost of removable cover with locking arrangement, the cost of painting, the cost of providing all the required appurtenances like inlet & outlet connection, float valves, drain connection, mechanical oil level indicator and low level/high level alarms and the cost of support arrangement etc. complete as required. The DG Set shall be mounted on a fabricated rigid common base frame with anti-vibration mountings. The DG set shall include all accessories, fittings, instruments and standard tool kit complete as required including control cabling and loading/unloading of DG Set as required at site.

Supplying and laying of following sizes of PVC sheathed PVC/XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor power multicore control armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade. A. 3.5 Core X120sqmm

S/I/T/C OF 100A automatic changeover switches/ATS with enclosure for Block A, SO,s Mess and GO,s Mess complete as req at site.

Supplying and filling Diesel (with Petrol pump bill) for both DG Sets at site.(50ltr.for each DG)

Supply of Direct Low pressure Cylinder 1Kg filled with HFC227ea Clean Agent Gas with Burst Disk, 1Kg HFC227ea UL Certified Gas Complete set pressurized at 15 Bar Dry Nitrogen etc complete as req.

Supply of End of Line Adapter with Pressure Gauge+End of line Plug +Wika Pressure Switch+ Health Monitioring pane+piano type one 6A socket and switch with box upto 3.0mtr 3 core lead with connection complete etc as req.

Supply Heat Sensing Tube Black HR Grade etc as req

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of item No. 5,6,7 (MR).

Earthing

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.(Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Termination

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 9.1.25 3½ X 120 sq. mm (45 mm)

Civil work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 4.1.8 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete,excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 5.1.3 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights : 5.9.1 Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 5.22.6 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

AC Work

Providing,fixing,testing and commissioning of window AC 2.0 Ton, rating 2 star, single phase 240V, 50HZ, as per approved brand with wooden frame if req, making proper arrangement with cutting etc as req. at site.

Providing,fixing,testing and commissioning of window AC 1.5 Ton, rating 5 star, single phase 240V, 50HZ, as per approved brand with wooden frame making proper arrangement with cutting etc as req. at site.

Providing and fixing stabilizer model V guard iD Prima 2040, for 2.0 Ton AC, Range 160V to 280V, Rating 5KVA etc as req.

Providing and fixing stabilizer model V guard iD Prima 2040, for 1.5 Ton AC, Range 160V to 280V, Rating 4KVA etc as req.
