Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in earth work involving all classification of soil such as pick work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft or hard rocks including chiseling/wedging out of rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of intermediate soil, dewatering and removal of slush if arrisen during course of construction and lifts upto all heights including stacking the excavated soil not more than three meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimeters) thick layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavation earth within all leads,lifts by any mode of transportation and other incidental, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Any loss to the private and public property during course of construction shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor. Rate is inclusive of royalty, malkana, toll tax, GST and other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto six sand isto eight aggregate) graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per approved specification and drawing including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (three decimal one five milimeter) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five milimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetra, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, Footings bases of columns and mass concrete. The rate is inclusive of cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying cement concrete work of grade M20 mix design to obtain the minimum compressive strength 20N/mm2 (twenty newton per square millimetre) with cement contents not less than 330 kg/ cum with mechanically mixed and vibrated curing complete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all type of structure upto plinth level and the like mass concrete as per approved specification and drawing including entire carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying cement concrete grade M-25 (M-Twenty five) design mix with minimum compressive strength 25N/mm2 (twenty five newton per millimetre square) with cement contents not less than 400 Kg (Four hundred kilogram) per Cubic metre mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete as per PWD specification, drawing and design excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforcement cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc upto any floor level including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals and further as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of Royality, Malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Filling in plinth with sand under floor including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as per PWD specification. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Providing and laying tor steel of TataTISCO, SAIL reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respects as per approved drawing, design, and specification in all floor levels including the cost of binding wire and dewatering if arrisen during placement of reinforcement as per PWD specification and approved, drawing design including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and Laying 60 mm (Sixty millimetre) thick Interlocking paver Block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. complete as per PWD specification. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate is inclusive of royalty, malkana, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Second class brick work using common burnt clay building F.P.S. (non modular) bricks in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) in super structure upto all floor levels as per PWD specification, drawing and design and curing complete including scaffolding and cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

15mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto any floor level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth, in rough side with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four sand) complete as per PWD specification including cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

6mm (six millimetre) cement plaster 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) in ceiling and curing complete as per PWD specification including cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate is inclusive of toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer as PWD specification. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
