Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work jumper work,saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock, chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15cm. layers including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming , watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads/lifts and shoring strutting,timbering and dewatering where ever required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc, in earth work including dressing of sides and bed and disposal of excavatted earth up to a lead of 20 mtrs . In pick work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(1cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in in foundation and plinth including all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing pannelled glazed or pannelled and glazed shutters for doors wondows and clearstory windows including black enamelled iron butt hings with necessary screws 45 mm thick ( 2nd class Deodar wood).

Applying priming coat on new wood and wood based surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,greese,dirt and other foreign matters,sand papering and knotting.Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink. as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

Painting two coats ( Excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign sand papering and stopping:- Ready mixed paint other than white as per direction & satisfaction of the Engineer- in- charge upto all lead & lifts.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of rerquired shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials complete with in all lead & lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3(1cement:1 1/2 sand: 3graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and re-inforcemnment for reinforced concrete work in :- RCC slab

Wiring for light point / fan point / exhaust fan / call bell point with 1.5 Sq. mm. PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in PVC casing & capping and earthing the light point with 1.5 Sq.mm. The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of bronze/suitable alloys directly coupled to squirrel case electric induction motor of same make as ( manufacturer standard) cinforming to BIS: 9283-1979 ( latest with upto date ammendments) and totally water proof for sumersible duty, isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber, grease packed lubricated bearing & providing with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stan vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor including water level guard errection clamps, manufacturer cable clips & depth gauge etc. Submersible pump ( 2x10 = 20 HP), Discharge = 16.65 LPS each pump , Total Head 24.71 mtr (Phase - II)
