(i) Railways reserve the right to procure the bulk / full quantity from CLW approved Vendors [ CLW Item ID : 2100143 for Standard Hardware (MS) etc.] as per clause 16.3 under Section 2 of Eastern Railway General Tender conditions .[GTC attached] (ii) The status of approval of tenderer shall be reckoned as on the date of tender opening and not thereafter, unless it is a case of downgrading/ removal/ suspension/ banning.
In case of authorized dealers, firm has to upload tender specific authorization along with their offer; otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

Bidder should go through the Tender document, IRS Conditions of contract, General Tender conditions of Eastern Railway, Special conditions [if any] and other Conditions specified/attached with the Tender. 2. In case of Authorized Dealer, whether bidder has uploaded Authorization Certificate along with offer. 3. Whether Bidder has deposited required EMD amount as applicable as the case 4. In case of micro and small enterprises, whether firm has submitted UDYAM registration number as per public procurement policy. 5. Whether The bidder has uploaded document like copies of Receipt Notes, Inspection Certificates etc. in support for their performance/Credentials as the case may be.
