Outsourcing of services for operation of 1 No of Lift (1 No of lift 8 passenger capacity in building No. P-101) of Make "KONE" in one shift from 0700hrs to 1500 hrs on all days including Sundays and holidays by engaging one lift operator in each shift including reliever with proper uniform and necessary tools and safety equipments all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing of services for operation of 4 No of lifts at MAP pocket -I (Bldg No.P-317 & P-318, two lifts in each bldg), HQTC of Make: Johnson of capacity 8/13 passenger and DG set 40 KVA for the lift operation in three shifts from 0600hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs,2200 Hr to 0600 Hrs on all days including Sundays and holidays, 3 shifts, by engaging one lift operator (Lift rescue attendant) in each shift including reliever with proper uniform and necessary tools and safety equipments all as specified and as directed.

Outsourcing of services for operation of 14 No of lifts at MAP pocket -I (Bldg No.P-319 & P-325, two lifts in each bldg), HQTC of Make: Johnson of capacity 8/13 passenger and DG set 40 KVA for the lift operation in three shifts from 0600hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs,2200 Hr to 0600 Hrs on all days including Sundays and holidays, 3 shifts, by engaging one lift operator (Lift rescue attendant) in each shift including reliever with proper uniform and necessary tools and safety equipments all as specified and as directed. Note for SL item no.1 to 3 : (a) 24 Hours will be considered as a day and 8Hours will be treated as one Shift. Number of shifts and timing of shifts will be decided by Engineer-in- Charge. (b) Operator/Technician engaged in work shall wear proper uniform with name plates depicting details of the technician and strictly comply with disciplinary instruction issued by Engineer-in- Charge. Non wearing of uniform shall be penalised @ Rs 100/- Per person/shift. (c) Operator employed should perform daily check for proper functioning of all lifts and inform JE E/M/ AGE E/M if any abnormal/ malfuntioning soon after the notice. (d) Operator engaged is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of lift cabin, control room and its premesis and removal of vegitation growth around the generator. (e) The operator employed should have ITI qualified with four years experience or Having minimum experience of 8 years in the relevant trade.

Note for SL item no.1 to 3 : (Contd) (f) The Contractor shall maintain the attendence register for the operators employed by him and shall produce the same for inspection as and when required/demanded. (g) The Contractor shall maintain daily log sheets as per proforma provided by the Dept of DG set. and shall submit the same to the Engineer in charge on the daily basis. In any instance, non maintenace of requisite documents shall be penalised @ Rs 50/- per day. (h) In case payments are made in current coin or currency notes, certificate will be submitted by thecontractors/firms alongwithundertaking by the concerned workmen asking for payment other than by cheque or by crediting in the bank account of the employee/workmen which is responsibility of the Engineer-in-Charge that to ensure the certificate has been enclosed alongwith the payments claimed by the contractor. (k) The operator engaged shall ensure daily serviceability check of fire fighting equipment installed in the MAP I & II and record for the same shall be maintained as presented by Engineer-in-Charge. Any abnormal/unserviceability of equipment shall be brought to the knowledge of JE or Engineer-in-Charge. The rate quoted shall be deem to for the same also. (l) Operator employed should also carryout rescue operation for the all lifts as mentioned above and shall be available at lift room during emergency call as instructed by the Engr-in-Charge.
