REPAIRS TO BOUNDARY WALL, FENCING, COMPOUND WALL, AREA DRAINAGE AND HARD STANDING AT DSC RECORDS, MH, PAO (ORS) AND MES AREA KANNUR UNDER GE (ARMY) TRIVANDRUM

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removal of debris from site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laterite stone masonry exceeding 10 cm in width, built in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on concrete or brick/stone walls incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, bands, seismic and other similar bands, including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing old treatment from external wall surfaces, removing nails, etc. filling cracks, holes with putty and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over 1mm thick external wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel work in framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed
