SITC of FAA complied Indoor SCR type Microprocessor based air cooled Constant Current Regulator(CCR) of following capacities for operation on 230/400V AC+/- 10%, 50 Hz input AC Supply with 5 steps variation of current output (2.8,3.4,4.0,5.2 and 6.6 Amp) and able to communicate with PC or PLC controlled system with digital output ammeter (0-10 Amps), over current, over voltage, open circuit and earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, two stage earth leakage detector, positive feed back indication equipment, hours run counter, LCD display and Regulators shall be L-829 certified etc. complete as required for the following rating and confirming to specifications including all hardware and software and suitable suitable to work with existing Honeywell ALCMS / ILCMS and ASDs etc.

Supply of following size (s), FAA certified 5 KV grade, multi stranded tinned copper conductor, XLPE insulated, tinned copped braid shielded ( maximum shield resistance shall not be more than 5 ohm / KM at ambient temperature of 50 degree Centigrade) , Polyethylene sheathed ( termite protected, oil, UV and abrasion resistant) , single core and with inner and outer semi conductor, halogen free, underground cable for airfield lighting etc. complete as required. a) 6 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of 1 run X 50 mm dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with up-to-date amendment along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing and laying the same in the existing trench/soil/gravel area/along with PQC work complete as required.

Supplying and laying of 1 run X 50 mm dia (OD), UV stabilized, HDPE pipe (PE- 63, PN-6) as per IS - 4984 and IS marked with up-to-date amendments along with accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting, cuttings, jointing etc. below the ground (i/c Road crossing ,Cement concrete Apron Area, Runway, taxiway) at a depth of 3.5 m to 6 m through Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) etc. complete as required after doing Ground Penetrating radar survey and submitting its report etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed armoured / unarmoured aluminium / copper conductor AFL / power cable of voltage grade exceeding 1.1 KV but not exceeding 11 KV of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm. in the existing cable duct / masonry trench / RCC / HUME / METAL / GI / DWC / HDPE pipes etc. as required, including megger testing and replacing the cables if IR values is found less than as per ICAO requirement.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess or along with cable for loop earthing etc. as required.

Excavation of the trench in hard rock / bituminous or cement concrete of runways/taxiways/ apron/RESA/ Road etc. not exceeding 1.5 metre in width, and lift up to 1.5mtr, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 5 KM including all machineries like power saw, hammer drill / pneumatic drill, water browser, mobile DG set, transportation etc. complete as required.

Excavation of the trench in soft soil not exceeding 1.5 metre in width, and lift up to 1.5 metre, including back filling as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including shuttering etc. as required as per the site condition.

Supply of following sizes(s) FAA certified, 5 KV grade dry type plug and receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for shielded airfield cable with firm earth continuity for ALCM / ILCMS etc. complete as required. a) 6 sq. mm

Making connection of 5 KV grade , 6 Sq. mm Copper conductor Screened cable with plug & receptacle sets i/c copper earth continuity wire for screen etc. complete as required.

Design, Fabrication, Supply & Installation of MS housing box of desired size, design & features approved by E-I-C, outer walls made out 6 mm thick MS sheet with required holes of suitable size for cable entry/ drain etc. and inside partition & detachable top cover made out of 10 mm thick MS sheet, including rust proof hanging arrangement inside for isolation transformer & ASD for maintaining separation in the existing chamber, two nos rust proof earth termination bolt positioned on outer opposite wall suitable for termination of 6 swg GI earth wire and two SS earth bolts inside, suitable for termination of 4 sqmm flexible cable. All inserts should be suitable for M-10 size bolt i/c supply of M 10 SS Bolt including painting of box with one coat of primer & two coats of black enamel paint and installing the box in cement concrete with making suitable slope with the level of runway / taxiway/shoulder all around the housing box ( concreting will be measured separately and out of scope of this item) and finishing with painting, lettering, numbering etc. complete as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in taxiway/runway/apron of PQC/bituminous surface of depth up to 50 mm and width upto 15 mm, using expansion joints / construction joints as far as possible, cleaning, drying, disposing FODs including laying 1 or 2 no's secondary lead along with earth cables for earth continuity, by wrapping cotton tape, providing polysulphide / asphaltic compound, primer, backer rod ( wherever applicable) etc. complete as required along with arranging water bowser, mobile DG sets etc. whatever necessary to work in a operational airport.

Supply of FAA certified 600V grade flexible copper conductor, EPR insulated & CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene, cross - linked, heavy duty) outer sheath (Black colour) Secondary Cable for Aerodrome Ground Lighting circuits conforming as specified in particular specification of following sizes as required.( Make: FAA Certified Makes) a) 2C x 4 sq.mm.

Supply of FAA certified 600V grade flexible copper conductor, EPR insulated & CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene, cross - linked, heavy duty) outer sheath (Black colour) Secondary Cable for Aerodrome Ground Lighting circuits conforming as specified in particular specification of following sizes as required.( Make: FAA Certified Makes) a) 2C x 4 sq.mm.

Supply of Fire retardant Yellow-Green 4 sq. mm Single Core PVC Insulated Industrial Grade Copper Conductor (Unsheathed) Flexible Cables, 1100 Volts Conforming to IS: 694 with up to date amendment.

Making end termination of 2C X 4 sq. mm multi stranded copper conductor secondary airfield lighting cables with secondary connector kit (plug and receptacle sets) etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of Air Field Lighting Cables/Wires (primary/secondary/GI earth wire etc.) and carrying the same to stores, keeping in safe custody and handing back to AAI on completion of the project / as decided by the EIC.

Dismantling of Transformer Housing Box along with Isolating Transformers/ASDs if any and carrying the same to stores, keeping in safe custody and handing back to AAI on completion of the project / as decided by the EIC.

Modification/Alteration/Addition in the existing Honeywell ALCMS/ ILCMS, both frontend and backend level as per changes arises due to AGL circuit bifurcation including integration of new CCRs, associated additional cabling, hardware requirement if any, complete with all functionality required for smooth operation.
