Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100(eighty-hundred) K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and bromming, stone, screening Type-B of size 11.2mm (eleven point two millimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.18 cum. (zero point one eight cubic metre) per ten square metres to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –III, 53mm to 22.4mm ( Fifty three millimeters to twenty two point four millimeters) size, 75mm ( seventy five millimetre) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.225 Kg. ( Zero decimal two two five kilogram) per ten Square metres on the prepared bituminous surface treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octrai, royality, Malkana. toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimetre) compacted thick Bituminous Concrete with crushed stone aggregate of grading -II (Two), 13.2 (Thirteen point two) millimetre nominal size, using bitumen VG-10 (VG-Ten) minimum 5.5% (Five point five percent) of weight of mix and filler on thoroughly cleaned surface by mechanical broom and dust removed by compressed air, mixed in computerised batch mix/HMP of 80-100 (Eighty to hundred) TPH capacity calibrated from time to time, mixing the bituminous concrete, transporting the mix material in clean insulated vehicles covered while in transit or awaiting, tipping and laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required level alignment and grade, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem power road roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause 507( 5th revision) complete , within all leads and lifts including carriage of materials, plants and equipments by mechanical transport, as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
