Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including valley gutters in bldg at any height of bldgs complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws at any height of bldg all as specified and as directed .

M&L for1 mm thick GI Plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in eaves/vally gutters, fixed with necessary screws at any height of bldg complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters ; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410-W Gde-E 250 quality A etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling celing boards of any description ,any thickness including cover fillets at any height of bldgs complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for providing and fixing of 9mm thick PVC laminated gypsum board in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer's instruction for any height up to and including 15m complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per Item No. 8 above but fixing only

S&F aluminium snap grid false ceiling frame work of angle 25 x25 x 2mm ,main TEE 38 x 25 x 1.5mm and cross TEE 25 x 25 x 1.4mm with size of grid 605x605mm for any height up to and including 15m including hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I.flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes(any size or pattern) including all fittings ,heads shoes,bends swan necks etc including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) all as specified and as directed .

S&F half round PVC eves gutter 200 mm dia in any length including iron brackets in rafter , clamps,nut bolts or screws etc fixing in position at any height of bldgs all as specified and directed .

S&F PVC (SWR) rain water pipe 150 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints including clamps,nut bolts or screws etc fixing in position at any height of bldgs all as specified and directed ..

S&F PVC(SWR) bend 150 mm dia all as specified and directed .

M & L for cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 using WPC finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement for external faces of walls including taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete walls raking out joints, hacking for key, srubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed . Note :-Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered external wall surface ,scrubbing by using nylon/jute/wire brushes/scrapper blades or by using sanding machines to remove algae,moss,fungus and loosely adhered particles like dust,efflorescence etc and washing the surface with pressure jet washers and surface allowed to dry etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of external wall surface ,scrubbing by using nylon/jute/wire brushes/scrapper blades or by using sanding machines to remove old paint materials ,algae,moss,fungus and loosely adhered particles like dust,efflorescence etc and washing the surface with pressure jet washers and surface allowed to dry etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of one coat of primer with sealant properties using "Seal-O-Prime" or "Weather coat exterior primer" ( of Berger make or equivalent make in other makes ) and allowed to dry overnight to receive first coat of emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of first coat of exterior emulsion antifungal paint on primed wall surface using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibres,to get a smooth and tint free surface and allowed to dry for at least 8 hrs/ overnight to receive second coat of emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of second coat of exterior emulsion antifungal paint on wall surface using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibres,to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No.19 to 22 :- Application shall be done through company authorised applicator or under company supervision using modern tools and techniques shall be ensured. contractor shall submit performances guarantee for a period of five years after completion as per prescribed format .

M&L for application of one coat of primer and allowed to dry overnight to receive first coat of acrylic interior emulsion comple emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Before application of primer coat, the moisture of the wall surface shall be checked with a moisture meter .

M&L for application of first coat of acrylic interior emulsion paint on primed wall surface using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibres,to get a smooth and tint free surface and allowed to dry for at least 8 hrs/ overnight to receive second coat of acrylic interior emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of second coat of acrylic interior emulsion paint on primed wall surface using rollers made from foam or synthetic fibres,to get a smooth and tint free surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surface of walls including cornices (Plastered or unplastered) with complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of white wash at any height of bldgs all as specified and as directed .

All as per Item No. 23 above but on ceiling.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden or aluminium frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads all as specified and as directed .

M&L plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads etc in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane 5.5 mm thick in wooden/steel/aluminum frames at any height of bldg all as specified and as directed .

M&L for preparing RCC slab shall be made dry,clean,even and checked for soundness,removal of oil,dirt,laitance and other contaminants by manually and surface shall be fairy smooth finish,chamfering the floor wall junctions with cement mortar 1:4 admixed with Nitobond SBR or equivalent @ 1 litre per 50 Kg bag of cement,down take rain water pipeannur space packing using Conbextra GP2 or equivalent mixed with water and filling as per manufacturers specifications,water ponding for minimum 48 hours and injection groutingof construction joints,leaking spots and hony combswith cementatious pressure grouting with 40 psi pump using Cebex 100 or equivalent @225 gms mixed to 50 Kg bag of cement including joints packing using polymer modified mortar,providing and applying water proof coating using Fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent,over dry surface and 1.5mm thick with 2 coats with an interval period of 6 Hrs over a substrata at a coverage rate of 2 Kg/Sqm using spray/squeegee/roller/brush.water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 500-700 % (ASTM D 412-90),tear resistance of 21KN/m (ASTM D624-00) and tensile strength of >1.9N/mm2 (ASTM D412-90).Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to min 300mm abive the finished floor leval as per manufacturers instructions. Laying 200gr non-woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed as per manufacturers specifications including taking out existing roof treatment along with screed, tarfelt etc and removal of dismantled materials to outside MOD land complete all as directed and as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick with cement mortar in 1:3 finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1.25 mm thick Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and applying one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F electrically operated steel rolling shutters with 1.25mm thickness of laths, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover 150mm anchoring rod, hasp & staple & one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated complete, electrical and gear/lever operated type including mortor with min capacity 0.5 HP (400 watts ) andnecessary electrical switches,cables etc of required capacity/type all as specified and directed (Note: electrical motor should have a minimum warranty of three years)

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not other wise described of steel/iron and applying two coats of anticorrossive epoxy paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coat of anticorrossive epoxy paint complete all as specified abnd directed.
