M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring/hard standing laid in alternative bays using glass dividing strips including finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed. Supply only 38mm wide and 3mm thick glass dividing strip complete all as specified & directed

M&L 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate laid in alternative bays as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even & fair & filling the joints with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25 and 3 parts of sand by weight in 2 mtr interval, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying machine pressed / factory made chamfered edge cement concrete rubberised interlocking paver block, 60mm thick with 6 mm thick top layers of anti abrasive material of M-35 grade with any colour, design & pattern, & size/ shape, as approved by GE as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including M&L 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying machine / factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade,at or near ground level, cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L chequered cement concrete tiles(laquer coated) 30cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick / 20cm x 20cm x 25 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floors/ path etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, stone slab, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions, as in subbase of sunken floors, laid in slope 1:40 to the surface of RCC slab shall be made even and smooth without using extra cement when concrete is still green complete all as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for applying a layer of APP membrane 1.5 mm thick as specified above shall be laid by torch application method as per manufacturer instructions over and including one coat of cold emulsion bitumenous primer @ 0.25 Kg/sqm shall applied on plastered surface including side walls, including 25 mm thick cushion layer of coarse sand shall be provided over APP as in protecting layer for membrane, complete all as specified and directed.
