B/R WORKS :- Demolition of cement concrete or surkhi filling of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Roof treatment treatment etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in roof padding concrete of average 50 mm thick with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item

M & L Cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm grades aggregate) in haunching concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick in cm 1 : 3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on concrete surfaces when PCC on roof surface is still green including finished even and fair etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC will be measured & paid separately under relevant Item

M&L for Cleaning the roof surfaces and applying oil bound bitumen primer @0.20 Kg per Sqm providing and laying 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster mat weight not less 160 gm per Sqm having softening point not less than 140 Degree centigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 800N per 5 cm teasing strenght of 180N with minimum of 10 cm side laps and 15 cm end laps by application of torch. Applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen over the membrane @ 1.20 kg/sqm as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bituminous Aluminium paint over a surface of APP water proofing membrane @ 0.1 Kg/Sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cement concrete tiles 20-30cm X 20-30 cm X 20mm thick machine pressed set jointed and pointed in neat grey cement slurry in floors over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of debris (Aggregates) obatained from demolition including loading and unloading to a distance of 5km from the starting point and deposited where directed etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removing of plants including roots by dismantling of brick work/PCC/RCC including necessary scaffolding , any type , any location/height( roof, parapet walls near pipes etc) and spraying the affected area with solution of 25ml Glyphosphate (4% content) diluted with 1 litre of water or as per manufacturer's instructions after removing roots from wall slabs for preventing the regrowing and making good the disturbed portion using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 with 12.5mm graded aggregate and plaster in CM 1:3 (Size of the disturbed portion 150X150X150mm) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting out V groove on cracks of walls and cleaning out, wetting, grouting with crack filler (Dr Fixit or equivalent) mixing with cement slurry, making good the surface by using CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 as required at site, as per manufactures instuctions, of any description and in any position, with necessary scaffoldings, as approved by Engr in charge, complete all as specified and as directed.
